    Scammed into paying $68.00 for an address change when there was no dollar amount presented or talked about. Before confirming card information. I just want my money back

    I expected to have my address changed moving from state to state, they didn't tell me the amount they were going to charge me until it was charged to my account. Multiple people have been scammed by this company. Something needs to be done.

    I purchase a address change on Rapid address change.org on Thursday May 2nd in the afternoon. I paid $68 for the address change. I try to contacting them by email live chat and phone number but nobody answered there is not that much information on when they're available. I do have a screenshot and a copy of the confirmation receipt or invoice that they sent me and I have also talked to my bank about the situation. They purposely hide information about the website and how much they charge for their services and like I said earlier they make it very hard for you to contact them and I believe the Better Business Bureau can help me in this situation for a better outcome

    On April 29, 2024 I wanted to change my address online I thought I was on the USPS site. I wasn't. I was charged $68. They never told me about the amount of the charge. Scam. Now what do I do? I am hoping my bank can help.

    On March 20, 2024, I went the Post Office web site, USPS.com. I entered a change of address for my invalid brother. The form said it accepted the change of address… but it never happened and we were charged! I’ve been back to the post office 5 times to get his address change completed to No satisfaction!! Why Are These Scammers attached to the United States Post Office web site!! Pls help

    On 4/26/2024, I searched for USPS address change. The USPS charges $1.10 and requires entering credit card information. When I entered my credit card information, I received a message that I had been charged $68.00 for a "rapidaddress" service. I never approved a $68.00 fee. Nothing on the page indicated the fee would be charged until AFTER it was charged. I did not authorize a $68.00 charge for "Rapid Address Change," and I would like to have my money refunded.

    This website posed at USPS and charged me $68.00 to move my address. I cannot get this money back through my bank as I unknowing approved this purchase. I would like to get this money back. USPS only charges $1.10.

    In an attempt to forward my recently deceased son’s mail, and not in the right frame of mind, I was scammed by Rapid Address Change posing as the USPS and paid $68 to them.

    They mimicked the change of address site for the postal service and then disappeared

    I was on the USPS website to change my address and this page popped up for payment with no indication that I was no longer on the USPS website.
