    They charge $68 for something USPS charges $1.10 for. This website is a scam. I have tried calling them, but I never get a response

    This place doesn’t even the deserve the 1 star we have to give them. the website looked just like the USPS address change, went to go pay for it and they took $68 from me. tried calling for a refund and no one was there to answer the several calls i made. tried to email and no email back. This company is definitely a scam

    Wanted to do a simple change of address and found out we were charged scammed $68 bucks for an illegal website. Rapid Express Mail is a big fraud. They make their site look like the real deal.

    If I could give 0 stars I would I have requested a total refund in the amount of $68.00 My card was charged with out the disclosure of the actual fee for service. And no one answer my live chat inquiry or the phone number for customer service. This is a SCAM!!!

    Same thing happened to me as to others on here. I thought I was doing a change of address with the USPS but next thing I know I’m being charged $68 on my bank account when it only said $1 to change. I thought it was strange because it had always been free before but with today everything being money, I thought they had tacked on $1 fee which was fine but then $68 came up so I had to call my bank and dispute to get my money back?? And I tried contacting this Rapid Address site….forget it. No answer. I really don’t understand why this site is still up and running ??

    We thought we were on the USPS website to change our address for 1.10 but nope we got charged for 68.00. When I call the number to file a complaint there are no operators available and you have to leave a message. This is a SCAM and want our money back!

    They make their website look likes i usps and then don't tell you how much are being charged. I was charged $68.00 and i have tried calling the number sevral times and waited in a chat queue of 1 for over and hour. I did some research and did not email them because it will just give you more spam. I dont understand how they can do this legally. I am going to have to contact my bank and dispute it, but that takes a lot of time and effort. This site should be shut down immediatly and know one should have to jump through hoops like this just to get their address changed. I am going to tell everyone i know to never go to this site and becarful of scams like THIS!

    I need to cancel my address change request but was never sent an order # and when I submitted my credit card # I thought it was $1.10 but instead was charged $68.

    Went to change address, thought I was getting the $1.05 charge from USPS, then the $49 was charged to my card?? try to get ahold of anyone is impossible!

    I thought I was on the USPS site. When I try to contact the company I get no response. My bank will not refund the $49 since I willingly submitted my card. Sad world we live in when you can be legally robbed.
