I thought I was on the legit USPS site and when I was charged $49 I immediately emailed and complained to the company and a day later I got a email saying that they credited my account $49 and it looked like a legit email, so hopefully my bank will credit me the $49 back after seeing the email and reading all the negative reviews online and it is literally word for word how they got me so hopefully if you guys all submit a email to the company because they do have a link on there to communicate with them, they may still keep the money but your bank or card company hopefully we'll credit you back the money since it's not a lot.

This is a SCAM site. My daughter and I were changing her moving address (she is an adult with disabilities.) She showed where it said it would change $1.05 and I then received a $49 charge on my credit card. I tried to call the credit company but they would not remove as we "authorized" it. This was on 5/22/2023 and 3 weeks later her change of address was NEVER filed!

Thought I was on the usps site and filled out the usual form to change my address, only to be charged $49.00 for some rapid addresschange.org site!

Fraudulent charge on my debit card on 5/19/23 for a change of address. Thought I was changing my address on USPS website but was redirected to this site unknowingly. I thought I would be paying the $1.05 USPS charges for address change. I was never informed of the $49.00 charge until I was done. I immediately called the number listed. It rings one time and recording says "no support agents are currently available to take your call. Please leave your name, email address, and phone number and we will get back to you shortly." I called this same number on May 24, 2023 seven times leaving detailed messages and on May 25, 2023 five times. I then went to their website and it states they charge $1.00 for an address, that is false advertisement since they charged me $49.00. I am unable to dispute the charge since I am unable to get in contact with customer service.

Thought I was on the usps site and filled out the usual form to change my families address, only to be charged $49.00 for some rapid addresschange.org site!!! Scammers!!!!!!!!! Please be aware, I figured I've done it a few times I know I'm good, and they got me. There's no one at their " customer service" number,no one answers the chat bot, then after waiting an hr they close it. Be aware!!

Paid $39.95 for an address change which was partially done. Mail was forwarded to Florida as I instructed in May 2022. It was supposed to finish at the end of July 2022. My mail continues to be sent to Florida instead of my permanent address in Brooklyn, NY. This has caused extensive problems because the permanent residents in Florida can't get their mail because my mail fills up their mailing. Should have used the USPS instead. Lesson learned. Rapid Address is a scam and should be closed for their incompetence and disregard for innocent customers.

Scammed into paying $50 for an address change, the website appears first and looks like the USPS website. I tried reaching out to get a refund and there is no customer service.
