    I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster (via their mobile App), then learned that I was purchasing tickets from Ticket-Center (a reseller). The concert was scheduled for Friday, September 2, 2022 in Philadelphia. The show has been rescheduled (postponed) for May 24, 2023. I cannot attend this date and would not have bought tickets for a show in 2023. It appears that Ticketmaster offers a refund. I have called Ticket-Center.com and they essentially deflect my request for a refund. I cannot get Ticketmaster on the phone (800-943-4327). Ticket-Center will not help.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we are not affiliated with any venue or primary ticket distributer. Furthermore, we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value”

    Customers will be appropriately compensated for any event which is cancelled and is not planned to be rescheduled. Within our terms, it is outlined that “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a refund and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date." As this event has been rescheduled, our customer's order is not eligible for compensation per our terms.

    It should be noted that our customer filed a dispute with their financial institution, which was ultimately resolved in their favor. At this time, the customer has received the funds for their order through their financial institution and we cannot offer further compensation. If our customer has questions regarding their dispute and its outcome, we recommend they contact the institution with which it was filed.

    I purchased tickets for a concert and within minutes heard I had to work that night. I reached out to the company, as I had not...and still have not received the tickets yet. I am requesting a full refund. Order #47265863

To this end, we’re committed to providing the best possible customer service—and maintaining a simple, transparent checkout process that allows our customer to review the terms of sale before purchasing.

    We understand our customer indicated they were unable to attend their event. As a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does not own the tickets supplied to our customer. Instead, they were delivered by an independent reseller who properly fulfilled the order in accordance with our terms. Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry and agreed to by the customer at checkout.  

    Please note that on the final page of checkout, after our customer input their payment and billing information, they were required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Then, directly below the “Place Order” button, our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your PayPal account will be charged $379.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.
     
    Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. As all order details in question were accessibly and visibly displayed prior to placing their order, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    I went online to purchase tickets for a DPR Ian concert on October 2, 2022 in Calgary, AB. I googled and clicked on Tickets-Centre.com where I was able to secure 3 tickets. Nowhere could I see the face value of the tickets, just what they were selling them for and I had no idea they are a scalper site. I completed the purchase, and then realized that the face value of the tickets were $45, and I paid 4 times that amount for each ticket. I immediately called the toll free number provided on my receipt and demanded a full refund to my paypal account. The CSR on the phone advised me that wasn't a problem. I never received a credit email, or anything even acknowledging that conversation. I filed a claim through paypal, but that's been denied because I have no proof of being told I would be refunded. And I still not have received the refund. This purchase was for $499US, and is an insane amount for what should have cost $135Cdn. I paid over $600Cdn for the three and I would like my money refunded asap.

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for DPR Live, there they were able to see the tickets available, the Delivery Method and Expected Delivery Date (EAD). Once our customer selects the tickets they prefer, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $499.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $499.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    It should be noted that we have no record of contact from our customer prior to receiving this complaint. In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

    I paid $306.95 for two tickets to a comedy show (Chris Delia) at the Wang Theater in Boston, MA. I searched on google for tickets to a comedy show (Chris Delia) at the Wang Theater in Boston, MA. This was one of the first websites to pop up for the search. The website looks and poses as a legitimate ticket seller however does not specify that they reserve the right to send you the tickets up to the day of the concert with no information as to when that might happen. I have paid for tickets that I have not received and from the long list of complaints with the BBB, this business is a scam that makes money off of misleading people. Not to mention the tickets are way above the face value of the purchase, which is scalping. In Delaware (state company is located in) , Massachusetts (state event is held in), and in Connecticut (state I am from and purchased the tickets from), all states that are associated with this purchase, have laws against ticket scalping which is clearly violated here. For reference, the face value of the tickets is roughly $60 per ticket. I paid $150+ per ticket. Which is in violation of these laws. I have filed with the FTC, My state attorney general, and now the BBB. I am just looking for a cash refund to my original payment method for the total paid to the company. Otherwise I will be pursuing action further.

    I was scammed from this company for my sons birthday. The tickets I received I thought I ordered from Ticket West but there is a link when you go to ticket west and click the red box that says find my tickets it opens up ticket center and I had no idea I was purchasing tickets that were fraud. There are tons of reviews. After I got my email from ticket center I was so confused. So I started digging. I then called the Spokane Arena and ticket west and both of them said I cannot use these tickets I was sent. They were never transferred in my name. They also told me that the 430 dollars I spent on 4 tickets were 20 dollar tickets. Happy Birthday to my son! Terrible experience and I am devastated. Your company mocked me on the phone. I can see with hundreds of reviews on your FB page, BBB, and others that you don’t care if we have legitimate tickets or not. You got your scammed money out of us. Terrible. I am out 430 dollars and I am not able to go to the Monster Jam because my tickets are not good.

    Date of Transaction: 02/19/2022. Issue: Bought Tickets to Sting Concert on September 2, 2022 at Wolf Trap in Virginia. I was charged $981.85 for three tickets ($271 per ticket + charges and taxes). The actual ticket price at Wolf Trap Box Office is $97 per ticket. I spoke to a customer service agent to complain today and was told that as a third party seller, they are able to charge extra for selling event tickets. I am complaining about the fact that they are charging almost three times as much per ticket.

    I'd purchased ticket from this company Jan 2022 for an event to take place April 2022. I'd received a notification that the event was moved to Oct 2022. Within the last few days, I've learned that the event is now moved to Feb 2023. I'd contact the company to request a refund and was not successful. It's been over a year to see this event and I think it's horrible. Other companies that have to postponed due covid have given money back. Why is it that this company can't do the same? This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.”  

    On 1/10/2022, the customer purchased tickets to the Je'Caryous Johnson's New Jack City on 4/3/2022. This event was later rescheduled by the event and/or venue to 2/26/2023. On 9/12/2022, we contacted the customer to inform them of this date change. We understand that the customer has since indicated that they would no longer be able to attend, to which it should be noted that the customer cannot receive a refund in accordance with the agreed-to terms and conditions which state: “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a refund and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.” Additionally, our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, was disclosed throughout the purchase process when our customer completed their order. 

    Tickets-Center’s ultimate priority is to continue providing excellent service. Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed.     5/23/2022 i bought 2 tickets and a parking pass from this website for Luke Bryan farm tour. The description online stated that i was buying 2 tickets to the Luke Bryan concert AND a parking pass. I had 2 transactions one $110.95 plus $42.95. One transaction was supposed to be for 2 tickets into the concert. One transaction was for parking. We received our confirmation emails but we received ONLY parking passes for a total of $154.90. We got scammed and they will not give our money back. We have contacted the company multiple times. This is such a big scam. The website and their descriptions are very misleading. Nobody will willingly spend $154 on parking passes alone. We were misleaded and taken advantage of. I need a refund of my purchases. I cannot get into the concert. We have spoken to this company multiple times and they are not willing to work with us.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value”.

    The checkout process on our website provides customers with multiple opportunities to review the details of their order. On 5/23/2022 our customer selected the listings they were interested in for their event on 9/15/2022. Both listings were clearly labeled as "Section: PARKING PASS, Row: GA". We would like to note that because order #44049422 was listed under the Luke Bryan event page it also included an additional listing note which stated "Parking Pass Only". After selecting each listing the customer navigated through the checkout process online which features an in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, the full listing title as well as all listing notes, and a total charge highlighted in bold text. The customer was required to click the "Place order" button above which is stated: "By placing order, you agree to our sales terms and Reward Program terms. All sales are final and USD." 

    If our customer would like to review the listing description it is also disclosed on the order summary email which functions as the order receipt. Due to the nature of the secondary market tickets are listed and delivered by individual ticket sellers and not Tickets-Center or the venue box office. With regard to the parking passes delivered for the customer's orders #44049480 and #44049422 we can confirm that both orders were appropriately fulfilled in accordance with our 100% Guarantee and all agreed upon terms. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    on july 22 i made a purchase for concert tickets for 385 dollars on what i thought was the official outlet of the venue AXS. i somehow without knowing was redirected to a scam outlet called ticket-canter.com. i paid the 385 and got an email confirming the order. they mentioned AXS in the order, making it seem like that i was dealing with AXS when i was not. the concert is in 4 days and i have not received tickets. after many attempts on the phone i finally reached a representative. they were unhelpful and refused me a refund, & told me i would not receive the tickets until 12 hours before the show. i am flying from out of town and staying in a hotel with another person to see the show not knowing if i have tickets or not, so i am forced to cancel my trip. attached. in the past week or so i got 2 emails from them saying there was something wrong with my order, then a few days after got an email saying those emails were sent in error. Also i got an email on wed saying that i have to get new tickets? all email attached. would like a full refund of 385 dollars for misleading & fraudulent behavior. I am 54yr old senior.

Accordingly, Tickets-Center does not set or control ticket delivery dates. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation.

    In this case the customer's order was fulfilled on 9/9/2022. At that time tickets were transferred electronically to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Additionally, valid documentation was obtained which confirmed that the correct tickets were transferred. Ticket delivery for this order was considered complete and as such the customer's order does not qualify for compensation. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.
