    I bought tickets to a concert in Washington DC because I was going to be in the area. The concert was postponed Lady A on Sept. 24th. Called and they said it is still valid and can be used when it's rescheduled. That's no good to me because I'm not from the area. Wouldn't give me a credit or money back. I would not buy tickets thru this company again.

    On May 26, 2022 I purchased 2 tickets to see the Tyler Henry show at the Snoqualmie Casino Case ID: PP-R-DQN-457308206 Disputed amount: $1,184.95 USD Seller info: Ticket Fulfillment Services LP 844-223-5661 [email protected] Date reported: August 30, 2022 On August 30th I filed a dispute with PayPal because I still have not received the tickets. Later that morning the tickets arrived in my in box. On review of the tickets there is a giant paragraph at the bottom that says the Snoqualmie Casino does not accept any third party tickets, and that if you purchased these from a third party to call 425-888-1234. After several email go rounds with the company I called the number and gave them the ticket number and was told these were not valid tickets. It further states on the ticket that if I tried to use them they would be confiscated, and that unless a third party has a written agreement with the tribe they cannot resell the tickets. This would have been completely apparent to this company yet they are trying to maintain that the tickets are good. Then the last correspondence stated that a dispute would take 6-8 weeks and I probably would not prevail. I want my money back. This company sucks bad. I have uploaded the tickets please draw your eye to the very large all caps warning on the tickets and then the fine print below that. Also, not only did they steal my money they ruined our opportunity to see this show. I have been looking forward to this all summer. Thank you.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets”.

    Due to the nature of the secondary market tickets are provided by individual ticket sellers and not Tickets-Center or the venue box office. Our customer can be assured all tickets are covered by our Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that their tickets are completely transferable and will be valid for the selected event. Prior to receiving this claim we have been in contact with our customer to thoroughly discussed this matter address all of their concerns. We stand by our guarantee but would like to clarify that it does not allow for cancellation upon request. Furthermore, if a customer choses to not use their tickets, any claims regarding the ticket validity cannot be verified.  

    As the customer notes, in addition to this current claim our customer has filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

    I ordered tickets to a concert of Lady A on September 16, 2022. I was informed the concert was postponed but no new date has been set. I called requesting a refund and the person on the phone reported that because the concert was not cancelled I am not eligible for a refund. When I asked to speak to a manager she reported that she could not transfer my call to a manager. The person I spoke to claimed that her name was **** ***** although if that is her real name I would be very surprised. I only want a refund as even if the event is rescheduled it is not the date or time that I purchased the tickets for.

    I ordered tickets for a concert. Once the purchase was made I received a confirmation email stating "Your tickets will be emailed to you on or before: 9/2/2022. Thank you, The Tickets-Center.com Team" I then booked a camping trip based on the fact I would receive my tickets by September 2nd and I could print them before I leave home. On September 1st I received a different email stating I would receive my tickets on the day of the event...possibly 2 hours before the event. I called to cancel because I will not have access to email or printer, I also mentioned they promised I'd receive the tickets by September 2nd. Ticket Center then told me their initial promise was an estimate although nowhere on the email does it state it is an estimate. When I explained to them that I made family plans based on the information I received on their email, they told me its too bade and that their policy is that they have up to 2 hours prior to the event. The staff at Ticket Center are unprofessional and irresponsible. They knew I made my point and yet they totally ignored my point and kept saying "I understand"...but offered no solution. Not a professional company to deal with!

    Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control the ticket delivery date. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. While Tickets-Center does not control the available delivery date we do ensure that valid tickets will arrive on time for the selected event. In this case, tickets for our customer's event were delivered in the morning of 9/4/2022, well before the event start. As it stands our customer's order was appropriately fulfilled in accordance with both our buyer guarantee and all agreed upon terms. As such, this order does not qualify for any compensation. If our customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome them to contact our customer service department.

    On 7.23.22, I tried to purchase two tickets to a concert as a gift to my sister for her birthday. I received an email from Tickets-Center.com that the seller indicated that the tickets will be available on 7.24.22. I had no idea that Tickets-Center.com was not the original seller of the tickets for the UBS Arena. Their advertising appeared as they were the official UBS Arena ticket sellers. I purchased the following tickets through Tickets-Center.com on 7.23.22, but I never received the actual tickets. ORDER #: *******8 Event: My Chemical Romance 2 Tickets: Section 206 Row 2 Date: 8.27.22 Price: $371.50 As instructed by Tickets-Center.com, I waited to receive the email with instructions from the seller on how to receive the tickets. I never received that email and never received the tickets. After some research, I realized that Tickets-Center.com was not the direct seller. I reached out to them and I was told their sales are final. I tried to dispute this claim with PayPal, but my dispute was decided in Tickets-Center.com favor stating that I have received the tickets. I never did. Since this was a gift for my sister’s birthday, I had no other option just to purchase a new tickets for the same event directly from Ticketmaster. I made that purchase on 8.26.22 while my dispute with Tickets-Center.com through PayPal was still open and decision not rendered. The concert was on 8.27.22 and my PayPal dispute has been opened since 7.24.22. My new tickets through Ticketmaster cost $256.50 and included $50.00 parking fee. These tickets were for Dime Club seats section 114, row 19, seats 1-2. They were much better seats for almost 1/2 the price Tickets-Center.com has charged me. I believe Tickets-Center.com is price gouging and scamming people by falsely advertising or appearing to be the venue original ticket sales website. I tried disputing this case with Tickets-Center.com and they told me their sales are final. I never received the tickets from the seller.

    The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value”. Our customer was further informed of this on the final page of checkout where they were required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Then, directly below the “Place Order” button, our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your PayPal account will be charged $371.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    With respect to our customer's tickets, it should be noted that these were transferred electronically through a third-party platform to the email address associated with the order on 7/23/22. Prior to receiving this claim, we did not receive any correspondence from our customer regarding this issue. Under any circumstances that our customers are in need of assistance, our customer service department is available via phone, live chat and email.

    In addition to this claim, our customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding this order. As the dispute remains open at this time, we are unable to provide a resolution due to the nature of the dispute process. If our customer has questions regarding the dispute and its outcome, we recommend that they contact the institution with which it was filed.

    Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. I have read countless of complains against ticket-center company and they are all the same. Ticket-center is using the same almost like their computer generated responses to every claim. Their response to me is the same as to anyone else’s that made BBB complaint. It is not satisfactory response and BBB should review all their complaints to see how misleading and unethical practices this company is allowed to use. The majority of their costumers never get a live  person to speak to. Their responses are always by email and I believe all they have to do is just hit a key on their computer to answer any customer with their previously generated message. I can see how all the customers, including myself, feel like they are not being heard by BBB. They already know they will not be heard by Tickets-Center.com since they can read the previous complaints and the computer generated responses by this company that results in the complaint to be resolved in their favor. They business practices leave countless consumers harmed and they have to bear the expense of being scammed by this company. as to my case, I tried to dispute it with PayPal, but since this dispute has been closed and resolved in their favor by sending one of their computer generated responses as a proof in my specific case. The end result is that, I have never received the tickets I was charged by Tickets-Center.com. They claimed their are the third-party ticket resale broker and that they charge the money and their fees and leave it up to the third party seller to deliver the tickets. I did send an email to Tickets-Center.com right after the purchase that I have not received or accepted any tickets and that I believe that I was charged at least triple for the seats that were selling for much less on Ticketmaster.com. Their response was the same, computer generated, stating that their sales are final and that I have agreed to it by checking off some small print box. There was no way for me to contact the actual seller since their contact was never provided. Tickets-Center.com claims that an email was sent to me from the actual seller instructing me to accept the tickets through Ticketmaster account. I have never received that email and I have never accepted these tickets. The Tickets-Center.com should provide a proof that the tickets where in fact transferred from the seller’s Ticketmaster account to mine. They will not be able to do so. Since I have never received these tickets and I was forced to purchase new tickets to this concert from Ticketmaster since it was a birthday gift for my sister, I am entitled to a full refund back to my PayPal account. I will never use Tickets-Center.com and their credit would never be sufficient. Something needs to be done about Tockets-Center.com business practices. Based on the large number of BBB complaints against this company, all can see how many consumers have been scammed and mistreated. I am planning to proceed with this matter further and present it to all the consumer protective government departments and our congress representatives. This needs to be stoped. Here is just one of many examples of how this type of complaint is being resolved by Tickets-Center.com and BBB. Consumers that were defrauded never see the justice.  I am still not satisfied with this matter. I understand that I checked the box that said my tickets were nonrefundable but your business is not clear and very misleading. I have read all the reviews on the BB page and there are countless people who have been mislead by your poor business practices. Not to mention the many people who never received their tickets at all. Scalping and third party ticket selling should be illegal.  I have currently paidbticket-center $800 for two tickets that have not been guaranteed to deliver to me. I would still like a refund! I understand that is not your policy but I do not believe that this is not an option. I’ve tried to settle this with my credit card company but due to the box I checked when checking out it seems I am the on liable for the purchase. I cannot believe companies like this exist and the level of price gauging and misleading information  that is allowed to go on. Not acceptable! We are committed to providing excellent customer service by having live agents available to answer customer concerns through an assortment of platforms. Each response, whether it is via live chat, email, or phone, is personally catered to the customer's concern to ensure all questions get answered.

    In this case, the customer did not notify us of any delivery concerns until they filed this complaint, 4 days after the event passed. We would have been happy to answer any questions regarding their delivery method had they reached out on either of our customer service contact platforms prior to their event. Please note that we do have valid documentation confirming the tickets were transferred on 7/23/22 to the customer's email address. In order to protect the privacy of all parties involved, this documentation must remain internal. At this time, we maintain that the order has been fulfilled in accordance with our Buyer Guarantee and we cannot offer compensation. 

    It should be noted that the dispute our customer filed with their financial institution has been resolved in our favor. At this time, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has further questions regarding their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    We went to directly to the website of the Tacoma Comedy Club to buy tickets and somehow when we clicked there it took us to this scam site that charged us 4 times more than what it was supposed to cost directly from the website. When we figured this out within an hour, we tried to get them to cancel the order and they refused, hiding behind this "policy" which is really just to continue to scam people. It is dispicable and confusing to consumers when they are redirected away from reputable sites. The confirmation email doesn't even have the total that I paid in the reciept ($405.00). It is a total scam.

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Nick Swardson, there they were able to see the tickets available, the Delivery Method and Expected Delivery Date (EAD). Once our customer selects the tickets they prefer, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $404.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $404.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    Bought Concert tickets for $149.50 and not able to down load would like money put back on Discover card. Concert was For Big and Rich on September 16 in Sioux City Iowa at the Tyson Center.

    With regard to the customer's concern we can confirm that the order in question was fulfilled on 8/26/2022 when a ticket delivery email containing pdf tickets was sent to the email address associated with the order. At this time the tickets have not yet been downloaded and if our customer requires additional assistance accessing either the email or the tickets we recommend they contact customer support. As it stands the customer's order was placed and fulfilled in accordance with our Buyer Guarantee and all agreed upon terms, and as such does not qualify for cancellation.

    I had purchased tickets to a concert recently that were supposed to be delivered electronically within 24hrs after purchase. After over 2months of calls and e-mails to the company and complaints that the link was invalid, I still have yet to receive a valid link to the tickets. After multiple calls to them that the link was broken and didn't work I received many excuses that it was my problem with my internet no server and was to "trouble shoot" the issue. I have tried from multiple locations and trouble shooting to realize the issue is not my own. The link constantly says oops and contacting the venue the tickets and seats I purchased don't even exist. After to which I filed a claim with my credit card company as the last phone call to tickets-center.com laughed at me and pretty much said , no tickets, no concert and hahaha good luck getting your $$ back. I found out by the venue and live nation as well as multiple other customer's that tickets-center.com are a scalper business and I will NEVER receive an accurate link to receive my tickets to the concert and now I'm out $451.50. I am still trying to fight to get my money back but the credit card company said they can no longer help me and Tickets-center.com has scammed me out of the $$$.

    In this case the customer's ticket transfer was delivered shortly after their order was confirmed on 6/29/2022. The delivery email was sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase and contained a link the customer should follow to accept their ticket transfer. A clear and detailed explanation of this process was provided in the email sent to the customer. It should be noted that the validity of the transfer link provided has been confirmed and as such the order is considered fulfilled. We understand and regret that the customer may have been experiencing issues using the third party platform through which their tickets were transferred. However, as Tickets-Center is not associated with any venue or primary ticket market or platform and as such these issues experienced by the customer are outside our purview

    In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our customer's favor. The conclusion if this dispute was determined by the customer's financial institution and as such they should seek resolution, or direct any further questions regarding the dispute, to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

    I made a huge error. I ordered tickets for a show in November and did not realize that the company scams people on anything they order. They have incredibly high prices and no way to get a refund or a credit to my PayPal account. If there is a lawsuit against this company, I would gladly join in.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.”

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Cats, there they were able to see the tickets available, the Delivery Method and Expected Delivery Date (EAD). Once our customer selects the tickets they prefer, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $651.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $651.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    On August 11th I purchased tickets for a concert. I also purchased parking which costed $68.95. The night of the event I drove to the parking lot location, 601 N. Miami Ave. Lot operated by M&M Parking and I had no access because it was no longer serving as a parking lot. I contacted tickets-center.com on August 25th and they proceeded with the claim and said that they would send me an email with a DOA form to fill out. I contacted them today August 28th because I had not received the DOA form. Long story short, they said that I was not going to receive the DOA form because no other claims form this lot or seller mentioning that the lot was closed have been reported. Therefore parking pass was valid. I looked up in the BBB M&M Parking and called the number that appeared (305) 803-3369 and I asked the gentleman if that parking was still operating and he said no, placed me on hold and never got back to my call again. I want tickets-center.com to return the $68.95 that I paid. Attached is confirmation of the purchase and the conversation with the agent that denied my claim today. Thank you

    Thank you for your response. We appreciate the opportunity to provide further clarification as our customer continues to press this matter forward. Please note that once our customer stated that they were unable to access the parking space they purchased a pass for, we explained that we would investigate further and follow up. As a secondary marketplace Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any box office or venue, therefore we require seller cooperation in order to investigate claims such as the one made by our customer.

    Prior to receiving this claim, we explained our findings from our investigation with our customer. The seller provided documentation indicating that the parking pass our customer had was valid for parking. At this time, we must abide by our “all sales are final” policy as all of our customer’s tickets were sent in a timely fashion. Therefore, we consider this matter closed.
