      The product never shipped. I have been very patient. My first inquiry on delivery ETA was 4/29/22. I was told that it will ship on 2nd week of June. I followed up on 6/9/22. They said that my order was on its way to their warehouse and will get delivered "fairly soon". I followed up after a month, 7/6/22 and was told again that it was in transit and will receive end of July. It is not end of July. I asked again and they could not provide a timeline. I had asked for a full refund but they said that they could not give a full refund and would have to take $300 off of the price I already paid. I researched online and other customers who requested refund seemed to have a difficult time receiving their refund as well. How can I make sure that I will get even a partial refund from a company who cant even give me an estimated delivery time and who have lied over and over again. The company and the CEO need to be held accountable.

      I have a complaint and I want you to do something about it.
      My sister who is a French resident placed an order on December 23 2021 with Spimba and they are refusing to send her the playset she ordered.
      On May 2022, they sent her part of the package which is worthless because it cannot be put together! My sister and her children have been blocked from their website and can no longer communicate with them! I reside in SC and am trying to help them since it is an American company. The company deletes all negative posts on their website so that people can continue making purchases.
      I asked the company to reimburse my family and was told that they can do so only if they return the partial package at my sister’s expense which is impossible because it would cost more than the purchase of 553€! The company uses that technique so that consumers cannot demand to get reimbursed if the return of the package costs more than the purchase!
      At this point, my sister wishes to get reimbursed for her order and the company can pick up the partial package that was delivered to her.
      I have been told for 8 months now that we have to be patient while they putting the package together!!!! It has been 8 months now since the order was placed!
      I am sure that **** ******, CEO of Spimba is aware of all the problems and has chosen to continue running the business! Someone has to stop this man from scamming all these people around the world!!
      I would like to rely on your expertise to put an end to my family’s nightmare!

      I ordered a playset from this company on December 31, 2021 with the promise of delivery in March. On Feb 3, 2022, I was sent an email to tell me the playset was almost finished and set to be shipped at the end of February. When no set was received, I reached out to ask for updates from the company to ask for an update on January 24, March 22, May 16, June 5, July 5, and finally July 21. I was told each time the set was almost completed, I had been put on a "priority list", and asked to wait a few weeks longer. When I asked about the refund process previously, they said they would have no problem issuing a refund if I chose to do so.

      I have now asked for a refund 3 times. Their phone number appears to be inactive so the only way I can contact is by email.

      I'd like a refund and to warn other potential buyers not to purchase from this company.

      • Order cancelled June 1 '22 due to order not being received, and no accurate delivery date could be provided
      • Since June '22 vendor has confirmed order has been canceled (via email and chat exchanges) however money has not been refunded
      • Vendor has stated finance team would refund money in 10-15 days, however they have been saying this for 6 weeks
      • Financing provided thru Affirm: $575 of $1725 paid thus far
      • Affirm is stating my monthly payment is late because vendor has not confirmed cancellation with Affirm nor provided a refund

      I ordered a playset from Spimbey for my son on January 16, 2022, with a communicated shipping date in March. I have received numerous notifications of shipping delays, until on June 28 I requested a refund. Spimbey has still not provided me my refund, and have stopped responding to my emails requesting updates on my refund. Please see the attachment for the continued failure to deliver when promised.

      I ordered a swing set early spring from Spimba, and I've been given the run-around ever since. Since I never received my order and there was not a definitive date given that I would receive my order, I cancelled and requested a refund in June. I've been waiting almost a month and still never received my refund. Below is my timeline of my dealings with Spimba.

      March 7 : I ordered a swingset through Spimba, Inc. Per my order confirmation, end of April was estimated delivery.
      March 30 : I received an email from company about delays in transit but assured that orders would be in the warehouse within a week.
      April 18 : I received another email about additional delays and to be assured that my order would be delivered. This was the last email I ever received from Spimba regarding my order,
      May 10 : I contacted customer service asking about status. Customer service told me between June 8th and 10th.
      June 13 : I never received any correspondence regarding the order, so I contacted customer service again. A rep told me the order should be in warehouse by mid-July. The order was currently in a shipping container being transported and they blamed Covid, delays in transit, port congestion, etc.
      June 25th : I had enough of the run-around and contacted customer service to cancel my order and request a refund.
      June 28th : After a few days of back-and-forth, a customer service rep told me that the order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund through Wise. What really upset me during this time was one rep told me my order was still in transit from China, and another tried telling me that the order was en route to my home address.
      July 8th : After about 8 business days, I contacted Customer service to ask about status or refund.
      July 11th : Customer service rep stated that I would receive within a few days.
      It has been two weeks since that date and I still don't have a refund in my bank account.

      I place an order for a swing set on March 9, 2022. I was told that I would receive it early May and they have yet to issue me the refund that I have asked for for about a month. They keep telling me it’s coming, and nothing does. I can provide my email conversation with customer service.

      I purchased a Spimbey playset the end of March, 2022. I received an email that our product would not be delivered on time (was supposed to be delivered in May) shortly after. After continuing to wait for an updated l shipping date, I decided to buy an alternative playset and cancel this order. I cancelled my order on May 31st. It has been almost 2 months of back and forth messages/email regarding my refund with them consistently saying I should be receiving an email link via “Wise” from their financial department to accept my refund. I still haven’t received anything, and it is now July 24th. I’m really starting to wonder if this is a scam and I will never receive my refund.

      Ordered a playground back in February with an estimated ship date of 20-30 days. Every single month the ship date got pushed out further with some kind of excuse as to why it’s not shipping. It’s now July and I still haven’t received it nor will they refund me. This company has hurt many families who just wanted a playground for their children. I want my money back!
