Even though RSG could not collect the debt, customer dissolved the company, they were always attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend RSG!

We love RSG. They have always been successful relatively quickly for us (knock on wood). The part most surprising to me is that, while collections of past due amounts is always uncomfortable (no one likes to feel like a deadbeat), some customers from whom RSG has collected on our behalf still return to purchase from us again (cash in advance of course). So RSG does not alienate the customer, but rather (I imagine) is able to communicate compelling reasons why it is in the customer’s best interests to pay their debt. We highly recommend RSG. Those of us who consistently pay have felt the strain, as we've lacked the necessary funds to maintain our amenities due to others in the community refusing to pay their dues. Thankfully, with the help of Recovery Solutions Group, LLC, we're finally making progress.
While it's unfortunate that we had to turn to collections, Recovery Solutions handles the process with a professional, yet compassionate approach. I have been using this company for our restoration collections since 10/31/23 and they have been absolutely amazing. They are extremely thorough and I get reports of all case status we send to them. We used to have a litigation attorney for all our needs and while they did a great job, we have had better luck with RSG. My reps name is Brandon Sharpe and he has done such a phenomenal job for our company. I highly recommend him. I should also express that we have been very pleased with his work we referred another company to RSG services and put in to have Brandon has their rep, which I'm happy to say they are now a client with RSG (and Brandon)!!!Recovery Solutions Group, LLC
