This is my first time using RSG and really first time using a collection agency. Bill B. and his team was very responsive to our needs and negotiated in obtaining a reasonable portion of our bad debt. Bill provided regular updates, detailed status of the collections process, and very good insight on alternative actions.

If I could give 10 stars to Recovery Solutions Group I would. They are very very helpful and even though they didn't collect the debt owed, Brandon and his team were very professional and kept me aware of what was going on with the collection.
