4 starsChelsea Glanden and Recovery Solutions Group collected a debt in a matter of weeks from a incredibly difficult client. I don't think we would have ever been paid if we hadn't enlisted the help of Recovery Solutions Group. We've now used them twice and been paid both times. I would have given them 5 stars except I do think it takes too long to get the actual money once its been paid. I understand it needs to clear the bank but I think it shouldn't take longer than 3-4 weeks. That being said, I would use their services again.Review fromNancy M

5 starsOur company was having a terrible collections experience with another company and Sam called me at the best time offering a comparison. We gave RSG a couple accounts to see what they could do, and they immediately ran with each client and collected all the new accounts within a couple of days. RSG is totally worth the commission percentages. If they cannot collect for you, no one can!!! I am very grateful we made the switch. I basically deal with Samantha Armstrong. She keeps me informed on the progress they are making.
She is always pleasant and professional. I have used other debt collectors. This is a breath of fresh air.
As soon as I submit a customer for collection, she is on it! I am so glad I found them.
Samantha is straight forward, she tells it like it is and I appreciate that. So happy with her and the company.
