5 starsOur Account Rep Chelsea is the best! Always helpful and on it! Very organized and responsive. Our office has been using RSG for years with great results. They have collected thousands of dollars for us on very difficult accounts. They are relentless! I love receiving the reports and updates. 5 starsI've recently taken over our collections department. Once I started looking into the files that were turned over to RSG I began to realize that payments we actually received was not the amount received in our accounting software. I've had to heavily rely on Chelsea to straighten it out for me so I could get the correctly received amounts to our CPA in order to make corrections. I would not be successful in my attempts in the collections department without Chelsea's devotion and help. She is always so sweet and willing to do any legwork needed. Their resources and legal team are excellent, they provide all necessary information to make the most informed decisions. I have been really impressed. I have been working with Jay and Brandon and let me tell you, they have not disappointed! I look forward to hearing from Jay with every call. The first time I spoke to him, I knew this was the company I wanted to use for external collections. Highly Recommend!!
