Collecting from some property management companies can be a nightmare but RSG managed to collect a couple of year and a half old debts that had eluded my company for several months and they did it in less than a week! Chelsea Glanden and her team were extremely professional and she was transparent and up front with their fees and how they were going to go about collecting the debt. I am very pleased with the service RSG provided and would recommend them to anyone having issues getting companies to pay their debts.

The BEST Recovery company I've ever dealt with. The got my money fast to me and work really hard and stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on at all times. My experience with them was perfect. I had a collection matter and they always kept me informed and acted professionally at all times. The situation was resolved with a full collection on my account.

I have dealt with a few collection services and RSG is one of the best. Bill and his team have a wealth of knowledge in the field. Bill encourages you to ask questions and responds right away.
