    I purchased an extended auto warranty with this company. Their best policy without any deductible. They refuse to honor their warranty policy. I canceled my warranty and requested a full refund. I followed their procedures starting on December 12, 2023 and since than they keep telling me that they have not updated my request yet do to backlog and the Holidays. I paid $1800 for a policy that I was told covered everything and it did not. I ask to speak to a supervisor and that's when a heated argument started on the phone. I am going to keep calling them and if I have to I will find a way to sue them.

    I purchased an extended auto warranty with this company. Their best policy without any deductible. I placed a claim with them through my Lexus new car dealership service department for replacement of worn out front end suspension parts, upper and lower control arms and knuckles. The dealers estimate for parts and labor was $3880.00. ASE Auto Warranty said that they would pay only about $600 for the needed repairs. Just the parts alone was over $1,500 dollars. I got several other estimates and they all were for $4,000 and $4,900.

    I contacted them and explained that I didn't have any type of deductible and that several other repairs shops estimated the cost to be at least $4,000. ASE Auto still refused to pay any more that their first offer. Stating that their estimate service manual said that $600 was what the parts and labor should be.

    I paid $2,000 cash for this policy and they refuse to honor their warranty policy.

    These people are unethical crooks. Later to find the State of California has a cease and desist order against them. Prior to me purchasing their warranty contact.

    This place should be shut down. They take your money and not want to pay when something goes wrong with your car. I've called ASE and was told what needed to be done was only covered partially.
    Meaning they would cover some of the part and not the labor to put it in. Which to me was confusing being that the part in question is on my warranty. So the representative advised me to pay the mechanic and they would just reimburse me. The part and labor cost $1500. They would only cover $400 of it. So me being dumb paid and have been waiting on my refund since the middle of 2022. Every time I call I get the run around. There isn't any one to speak to. I've emailed and no response. I was told they sent my check to a different state and needed to investigate. What a load of crap the lady read my address to me. That was almost a year ago. Here we are today no help, no remorse from the representatives and no check. I wish I wouldn't have given this company any of my money.

    Worst company ever! You’re paying for an expensive extended warranty that won’t help you at all. I have a problem with the valve body in my transmission and funny thing that’s not covered ?! But when I called I made sure to ask anything with the motor or transmission is covered correct? I was told yes as long it wasn’t due to not making maintenance correctly. At first they said oh there’s no history on Carfax about you doing any transmission tune ups so it was your fault it broke. Luckily, I kept all of my receipts from the dealership and I showed proof that I made everything. And then they come back saying oh well, we got all of your paperwork but nonetheless, you’re still not covered. It takes so long to talk to someone and if you leave a message to call you back NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK.

    I regret so much having to deal with this company never again in a lifetime!

    Bought a used car in September of 2022... the car needed injectors in March... took the car in for repairs and found I was 3 days early for the full warranty so I ended up paying through the nose for the repairs... ASE was still supposed to send me a $500 check... it's now October of 2023 and I STILL haven't received my money and I'm afraid to even take my car in for further repairs... it's a BMW so I thought having the warranty would help offset the price of what I thought could possibly be expensive future repairs, but ASE is full of it... they won't transfer me to a supervisor, and when they did, (after I called the other number to speak to a salesperson... who answered right away of course) I got an answering service

    Do NOT get a warranty from these people... they took my money for the policy and won't even pay out the bare minimum

    ASE Warranty is the one of the worst companies I have dealt with. They are thieves and crooks. I am a auto repair facility in California. After ASE Warranty approved a customers claim back in July, they have yet to send the payment out. Their policy is they only send checks out at the end of the month (total scam). After "attempting" to send three separate checks out over the past months, I have yet to receive any. When we asked for proof that they sent any one of the three checks, they responded "we do not have to prove anything to you." When we asked to speak to a supervisor, they said no supervisor will talk to you regarding this matter and they hung up the phone without acknowledging our concerns were not explained. It is very obvious ASE Warranty has NO intention of paying their claims. To consumers, do NOT purchase their warranty policies, to repair facilities, do NOT bother initiating a claim with them. It's no wonder why these thieves only have negative reviews and one star.

    This company is the worst!!Fast to take your money but they don’t honor their own contract cancellation policy. I canceled my warranty 3 weeks after purchasing in February of 2023. Mailed cancellation docs 5 times with tracking numbers and they still refuse to return my money. When you call in to try to get hold of manager or supervisor they put me on hold for over 10 minutes then hang up on me. Its now August of 2023 and still don’t have my refund.

    ASE is a terrible warranty company. They sell pure bait and switch. Avoid this company if you need a warranty. Truly sell you a worthless product.

    Another victim to add to the list of people that have been scammed by this fraudulent company. I sent a cancellation request 3 months ago and called today to find out the status of my request and when we would receive our refund. I was told that they never received it, never mind that I have the necessary documents to show that the things they stated I must send to them were sent. It was sent to them via certified mail and they had to sign for the package, which someone did. Just a flat out lie and a scam! I want restitution and desire to see this "company" punished and closed down for their deceitful practices!

    I am a representative at a dealership in Calfornia, I do not reccomend purchasing a warranty from this company. We have yet to receive payment for a cusotmer who came in and had repairs performed 5 months ago. Unfortunately the cusotmer would have to pay for the repair in full.. I'm not sure why Tatiana is still ther she is rude and out of touch. Please do yourself a favor do not purchase grom this company they do not stand by their business. I recomend a mor reputible copany such as ALLY, US Warranty, Portfolio, assurant, AUL all of those are companies that stand by their products
