I called Chase to inquire about using my credit card when traveling abroad and was told there was no fee and then got a fee. I’ve called multiple times to discuss and was told different reasons for the fee that was later identified as incorrect. They keep saying that they will take this situation into consideration when training but can do nothing for me.
I’d like to be refunded the approximately $100 fee.

They were not respectful nor honest, thus EWC. Mr. Pastor C. Brown as another lady stood for myself and they denied our National Institute of Health Challenged Conquistadors, Inc., an account. 3.29.21 and 5.24.21 Mrs. Alex was asked to put our EIN No. on my checks, never happened. 4.1.19 Fraud office of the inspector general allegations mgmt. & fugitive enforcement division was contacted. Our UN Compensation Commission Fraud Victims contacted myself about abuses in Beaumont. Then I contacted Mrs. Clemons of our US Treasury Dept. One of my Atts. are
Mr. Weinbaum as Mr. Young. There bullying kept me from working with Austin, TX, businesses.

I have been working with the 3 Credit bureaus to dispute some matters that appear on my reports. The bureaus apparently work with the business to try to solve a consumer issue. I'm trying to alarm JPMORGAN about their practice of 'hard inquiry verses soft inquiry ' to no avail. The Credit Cards department at Chase continues to send me advertisements about obtaining a credit card and other advertisements they're offering. They DO NOT specify that a hard inquiry will be done thus causing the inquiry to be on my credit report for 7 years. It seems to me that they are working very hard with the credit bureaus to keep people from solving issues with the bureaus unless you get subscriptions from the bureaus to see all 3 bureaus. These subscriptions are costly to a person that's trying to clean up their act. I think Chase is working with the bureaus to make money off us. The bureaus get paid because Chase reeled in another 'Fish' with a hard inquiry on their report. I'm willing to add that this issue is done on minorities more than any race. I'm certain I'm not the only minority with this and other issues with Chase and other Businesses. The higher level person I spoke with sounded like he couldn't be bothered with me nor my problem/issue with JPMORGAN Chase. He was very short to the point of being rude.

I own credit cards from Chase, Discover, and Capital One. I kept receiving $10 fees from Chase and could not figure out why. I used it on what I thought was a purchase but they considered it a cash advance. Instead of it saying cash advance, they put it with all my normal transactions. So, to me it looked like they were normal transactions and I couldn't figure out why the fees. I locked all of their cards and won't use them other than a few dollars here and there just to keep the accounts open.

Left Fifth Third Bank because of poor service. Had a 15 K credit limit with them/Mastercard. Opened a checking, savings, credit card and a $50K CD with Chase a month ago. Chase gave me a $500 credit limit, so every month I have to go to Chase and pay off the credit so I can charge again. Chase (local bank) can't help and corporate ignores my inquiry saying I have to wait SIX MONTHS to get an increase to my credit limit. Oh, guess it doesn't matter that I own my house outright, have never been delinquent on credit card payments, own my car outright and have 900K invested in the stock market!

ON 11/21/21 I purchased tickets to Belize and tried to find any documentation online on how exactly I qualified for the "Free early bird check in" so readily advertised and found no information online or within my credit card information. I then called Chase's customer service for instruction on how to get the free early bird check in applied for myself and my guest.

A Chase employee verified that I would be reimbursed
$100 for early bird check in. If you check the audio recording, you will
hear me specfically note the cost was $100, ask if I would be reimbursed $100,
and then hear the employee verify I would be reimbursed $100. I have been callling Chase back time and time again and they admitted that person was lying and still have yet to refund me both $50 charges.

Only one of my early bird checkin costs was refunded on 01/06/22 for -50.00. The other charge still remained and I have been charged interest on it since that time. I called Chase multiple times to note that and even referred them to the date and time and agent name of the call and no one cares.

All I'm asking if that a Fortune 500 company refund me back the $50 plus interest since 11/21/21 on that charge. Really not too much to ask.

This is the second aBaird issue I have had with my two chase credit cards. I thought the first time it was a one off. But it turns out that their customer service is completely useless. Both times I have contacted them for a relatively simple issue. The customer service agent in each case made an executive decision that made no sense telling me there was absolutely nothing anybody in the entire company could do to help me. I think they just don’t know how to do their jobs.

I applied for a Chase Amazon Prime credit card. I have good credit and low debt/income. I was not given an automatic decision and was told I would receive that in the mail. I received a letter shortly after stating I needed to call and verify my identity dated 1/2. I called on 1/7 and spoke with a representative that said I was all set but to give it 30 days to get a final decision. I just called today 2/10 because I have not heard from them and was told my application expired and I would need to reapply and get another hard credit check. She said there is no way to override it once an application expires even though I called in and have been waiting. How is there not a way to override it? I have phone records to show I called. Worst experience getting a credit card ever.

Terrible company to bank with. I just opened an account with Chase and had direct deposit set up with one employer. Monet was still pending on a Friday when I get paid on a Thursday. Decided to deposit another employee check with them instead of cashing it with the complaint it was drawn on. I figured why not deposit with Chase that’s who I bank with. Teller told me and gave me a receipt and said it should be available by 2/7/23 I deposited on 2/3/23. On mobile banking they changed the available date 2/14. Like I can afford to go another pay period without my check. When I called customer service they told me it didn’t clear no other explanation. It was a lie and I called employer and hitch told me it did clear out and didn’t know why Chase was holding the funds. I never had a problem with getting paid by this employer and felt very disrespected and thought it was thoughtless and unprofessional to keep someone’s wages like that and they wouldn’t give the check back. Chase is not a pleasant place to bank at.
