This is financial abuse to seniors. Prime Video Channel charges were charged to our Chase Visa Card. We did not notice the billing but once we did, we immediately contacted Chase Customer Service to let them know that we have never ordered Prime Videos. They told us we had to call Chase Dispute. Several calls later they tell us that we must call Chase Fraud. Chase Fraud finally goes thru all of the fraudulent charges and credits the charges on our May 2024 statement, and sends us a new Chase Card. However, then Chase re-bills all the same fraudulent charges again to the account for June 2024. That starts the entire process all over again with 12 calls and every Chase Department pointing at the other stating they do not handle these types of calls etc. Finally, after multiple calls including a 3 way call with Customer Service and Fraud, they agree to re-evaluate the fraudulent charges stating they were not sure why the fraudulent retroactive charges were re-charged to the account after being removed in May 2024. We then received a phone message on June 11 2024 asking for a return call. Today we called back and once again they had no idea why we were returning their call. It was as if none of the prior dozen calls had ever happened. Ultimately, they confirmed that the charges will not be removed despite being fraud. Horrible company to deal with.

My credit card account of more than 40 years had some suspicious charges posted on Sunday, June 16th. I called Chase and was advised they would look into this matter. In the meantime my credit account was closed and they said they would issue me a new card, guaranteed to arrive today by UPS. It has not arrived. I again called Chase and supposedly spoke to a man named Wu in the fraud department. (He refused to provide his last name as requested). Wu claims i should receive my new card by tomorrow (Wednesday or Thursday of this week). When I spoke to a woman on Sunday, about suspicious charges , she assured me I would receive a new card on the 18th. I told her I needed the new card ASAP as I do not have a debit card, I use my credit card for all purchases. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service provided. They have not followed through on their obligations. Whenever I call their 800 customer service#, the message says all calls will be recorded for monitoring. Who in the heck is monitoring these calls and following through with any resolutions? So disappointed!

When I moved recently, naturally my address changed for shipping and billing. Chase customer service was horrible! I tried to buy $2,700+ of new furniture, but Chase rejected the purchase, indicating the reason was that the billing address was different than what was on their records. So, simply change it to my new address. All of my other credit cards updated their records just by finding out during their routine checks that my address had changed. Keep in mind that I pay the balances in full every month much sooner than the due dates. My credit score is high. Chase's customer service is so bad that now I can't even log on to my VISA account; I get a message that says that they don't recognize my username or password. They kept passing me to other customer service people, including their fraud division. They said they can't verify who I am. These customer service people are all located in INDIA. I have now talked to 15 Chase customer service people, and none of them can get the log-on problem fixed. So, I have stopped using CHASE VISA. I bought my furniture with my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD. In fact, I had not yet notified American Express of my new address--American Express found out on their own when they did their routine credit monitoring, as all companies do.

If I can't access my CHASE VISA on line, I can't make sure all of the charges are mine and not charges made by someone else. So, I'm not the loser here; 15 customer service people at CHASE are the losers. American Express simply has gained more of my business; I have never had problems with American Express.

I had the most harrowing experience Chase credit card company past few months. Despite making full payments on my balance each month, they kept charging me interest. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a labyrinthine automated system and dismissive representatives who claimed I misunderstood how interest works. I stopped using the card a few months ago and I’m not going to use it anymore. I do not recommend Chase cards to anyone, especially given the way they keep charging people interest even when the balance is paid in full and the card is not in use.

There is a pending charge on my account & the company that charged me will not cooperate with me to either send me the product or release the charge.
I contacted CHASE for assistance & I was sent to India for customer service.
They contradicted themselves from one moment to another. Considering the language barriers I figured there may have been miscommunication going on & so I requested they send me the CHASE policy agreement that she was stating to me, so that I can review it for myself.
The Customer Service Supervisor changed the request I was making over & over throughout the entire phone call, completely dismissing what I was actually asking her. This went on for over an hour.
In the end the supervisor refused to send me the CHASE policies governing my account & hung up on me without ever having assisted me.
According to CHASE credit card customer service, they can do nothing to help me with the charge that I never received a service for, if it doesn't drop off, & I will be charged interest on the pending charge, even if I never received any service, forever(!)
Is that legal. To refuse to send you the policy?

Garbage company. Many stories of them allowing fraud to happen but stop everyday transactions from going through. Was approved for multiple 5k plus balance credit card, which I pay off completely. They "reviewed" my account unknowingly and dropped my limits to 500.00. They did not send letters explaining why. I called to ask why and when, they listed generic reasons and even with 6 figure earnings and prompt payments and solid dti, no (real)missed payments (1 illegitimate hit in dispute) was denied any increase.
It's simply them not liking the fact I'm not paying interest on my balances, covered up with generic BS. The lending dept. guy, could not or would not give me any real reason. They prey on those who can't pay their cards off and shut down people who are fiscally smart.

Don't get suckered into generic lawyer like responses. "We believe in our..Insert generic dept. practices" "We've sent a letter, stating..generic response". I'm only keeping my cards open to maintain credit history.

In the end, they only care about their bottom line and dislike properly paying folks and depend heavily on consumer debt and interest paid on that debt.

      To Whom It May Concern:
I am disputing the charges of $292.43 made on 2/12/2024. I am sending a screenshot of the
calls I made to ETCANNI and to Chase.
I ordered 2 tickets to an Annie play through ETCANNI. The charge was erroneous, and I notified
ETCANNI immediately. ETCANNI added an additional service charge of $68.48, and a delivery
charge of $9.95, which was not disclosed, prior to ordering the tickets. I told ETCANNI to cancel
the order immediately, and that I would not pay, and I would NOT print the tickets for the Annie
play. They told me they would remove the $68.48 service charge, but would not remove the
$9.95. This was NOT ACCEPTABLE to me, and was not disclosed, prior to me purchasing the
tickets. I told ETCANNI that I was immediately contacting my Chase credit card company, and
stopping the payment, and that I would not be printing their tickets. I am sending a pdf
screenshot of a time stamped phone call to ETCANNI on Feb 12/2024 at 3:28 p.m
canceling the order, and a time stamped phone call to a Chase associate on Feb
12/2024 at 3:31 pm. As you can see.... I notified Chase IMMEDIATELY after
      contacting ETCANNI.
The Chase associate was very understanding, and convinced me this would not be a problem to
have the erroneous charge removed. I specifically asked, several times... ARE YOU SURE??!! She
replied... Oh, yes, Mrs. Dippel, this will be taken care of, no problem. I specifically notified the
Chase associate that I would not be printing the tickets. I am sending 3 screenshots of my
emails 3/12-3/13-3/14, showing the tickets were NOT printed as per the recommendation of
the Chase associate, after my conversation with her.
ETCANNI & the Chase associate both mentioned that we were on a recorded line.
I am prepared to get ahold of the better business bureau
if this matter is not resolved.
      Sincerely,
      Lynnette Dippel
I am disgusted with Chase Customer Service! We have been with them for YEARS & will be cancelling our card. They were NO HELP!
