I have been a long term client of verve. The agent needed 40 minutes to enable a me to make a payment. Total waste of time . I am considering closing down my account and paying off the balance.Continental Finance Company, LLC

Spoke with 2 associates today. BOTH WERE GREAT..
Associate 1 assessed the issue and put me in touch with the correct department where associate 2 followed up and assisted me to resolution. Both young ladies where highly cognizant and made me feel as if my issue was the highest priority.
