I really appreciate the way that the Surge Rep helped me with my account. He was very cordial, understanding and compassionate to my situation.

Terrible experience with this card . They start hounding for payment days before it is due. Annual fee and Maintenace fee expensive, Card insurance the worst! Took for me to close the account to correct my personal information.Continental Finance Company, LLC

4 starsI would give Andreas a 5 because he provided excellent customer service. He was above & beyond. However the fees are not hat great. 89.00 processing fee. 99.00 annual fee takes away from the 400.00. If I was seeking to hire someone & Andress applied I would definitely hire him.
