I made a double payment last night. I called this morning at about 7:58 a.m. to cancel 1 of the payments.
To my surprise, they were open and were able to cancel one of the payments for me.
The rep was kind and assisted quickly & efficiently.
If that extra payment had gone through it would have overdrawn my bank account.
I was in the hospital last week and need all of my extra cash.
I do appreciate and Thank you for helping me in this matter.

I am so sorry but I forgot that lovely lady’s name.
But want to say that this was by far the best customer service I have had in awhile!
And out of my credit cards is the best interaction I’ve had out of them all.
She was prompt, and totally professional! Is she made sure I understood what she said saying and that I was good with that.
I feel that she is a great aspect to your company. Though I didn’t remember this lady’s name due to my getting side track with her helping me with my acct.
Thank you for such great and professional advice and support.
I sincerely hope she has a blessed day.

This card is nothing but a bunch of thieves stay far away from this card. They stole 700.00 from me that was refunded from a disney cruise that I couldn't go on due to covid and cerulean refused to return my money saying it was due to theft a made up excuse to keep 700.00 dollars they weren't entitled to these people are financial terrorists BEWARE.Continental Finance Company, LLC
