      They call a million times every single day, plus text and email. Every. Single. Day. I just had a baby, leave me alone! That goes against the rule where creditors are not to contact someone more than 7 times within a 7 day period, yet you call several times, text twice and send an email every day. Sometimes multiple emails and multiple text. That is harassment. My account is on auto pay yet I’m still charged late fees, most recently I paid over $70 and then 2 days later I’m charged a late fee. I receive an email that the automatic recurring payment will be pulled on the due date, yet they still harass me and charge me late fees. I don’t even have the physical card anymore and I can’t use it even if I did because of all the fee’s I’m well over my limit. Thank you guys so much for providing an awful experience and assisting in screwing my credit up as I am trying to buy a house. As soon as this is paid I’m closing the account with these predators - if I even can get it paid off bc even with payments, I’m still charged an abundance of fee’s!! Surprised you don’t even send billing statements in the mail.

      I was approved for this six months ago and never received the card. First time calling I was told I had to pay the $89 fee before the card would be sent which I never heard of but going against my judgment I paid it. I was then told I would receive the card in 7 to 10 days. It is now six months later and have spoke to them once a month every month and each time told I would be sent a new card and would receive in 7 to 10 days and here it six months and still no card. I am certain that I won’t get my $89 back so have no choice but to keep trying to receive a card. They verify my proper address each time so not an address issue. I would warn anyone to stay clear of this company

      Terrible company with horrible business practices. They closed my surge card after they made mistake then wanted me to do all the work to reopen accout. Had never used the card, but because of their error and lack of communication they closed my account. So I went ahead and closed my verve card as well.
      Do not get aby credit cards from this company!!!!

      This card (verve credit card) is the worst card ever. I tried to use it out of town an the put a hold on it because i used it out of town not in my home town. so if you get stranded or purchase items else where they will put a hold on your card. than they tell you you can call them to lift the hold. paying this card off a than getting rid of it for good. They like charging the high interest rate but wont honor it when you need it. so its not good to have in your wallet

      You wrote to me. I can not send you my response. Invalid email. So I will say it here. I am frustrated with the card because I can not use it anywhere when I want to use it when I want to use it without being declined what embarrassing it is. So what the purpose of the of having the card when it's not available when you want t to use it.

      This company added their interest to my account and it put me over my credit limit!!!
      Than they report me to credit agency I was over limit. That hurt my credit and they are the ones that did this horrible company
      They had no right to report me because of what they did.

      I just received the card, and i have attempted to log into my account to check my account information. And i get the same response over and over again, failed attempt, try again later. I called the number on the back of the card and they told me that i had no available credit. That is not posible i told them, I'm filing fraud charge. The worst part is that i can't get into my account to review my account information.

      Haven't been 'qualified' for a credit increase despite on-time payment history and having the card for over 2 years. This company is a typical bad credit card company preying on people trying to improve their credit.

      This company is rediculious. I have a reflex card that was enrolled in a reH program that was supposed to get rid of a past due balance and get my account current. I completed the reH program checked my card and they are still wanting me to pay 300 after just paying 220 two days prior for a minimum payment. This is after I was told I would have a minimum amount due.

      I have 2 accounts never had an issue with my reflex card but my surge HELL doesn’t even describe service I’ve received. I created a user name and log in and can’t get into my account. It tells me to merge the two and when I try I get user name consolidation failed please try again later. I have not had access to my account since I’ve opened it. I have called customer service roughly 8 or more times and all I’m told is that it’s an IT issue and I’ll be called and have access in 72 hours. Here we are 4 months later with still no access to my surge account. My first call was December 2022 was told 72 hours here we are in March 2023 no call back no email and no access to my account I’m livid!!!!!

      Horrible. Don't do it. Closed out all my annual fee cards. Went to close my surge card and noticed a balance. I paid everything off. I told them the charges were not mine and I wanted to close my acct (approx mid jan). Ok fine done or so I thought... they sent me a new card which I shredded immediately. Got a bill today with Etsy charges... never in my life have I purchased from there. Told the girl on the phone who kept reading from a script that I'm not agreeing to anything unless she tells me I have a zero balance and I want it closed. Kept fighting me on it. Can't help to wonder if these charges are from the inside...new card and number... I never saw the number, never opened the envelope, it was shredded... who would have access to it?? Literally had to argue with this person that I closed the account last month and I'm not paying anything I'm not responsible for. Use Indigo, Destiny or Milestone if you want to boost your score. They were very kind and understanding when I closed my accounts. Surge wants me to pay for someone else's stuff... yeah no.
