      They let someone change my information and issued them a card. Told me they had no way to contact me since information had been changed. Then starting emailing and texting me for a payment. Steer clear. They are horrible. They will ruin your life.

      Never received my card in the mail. A balance showed on my credit report I owe $500 called and filed a dispute because the company has zero liability policy. But the company denied my fraud claim even though I’ve called several times stating I did receive the card, the representative even stated that he could see the card was never activated

      They repeatedly double charge people I rent a vehicle they charged me the deposit when I rent it and when I return it fraudulent accounting practices it is better to get a different credit card do not use this company

      They are the biggest rip off had them years ago and cancelled them as I saw how ridiculous the interest rates were..I then got long term Covid after beating lung cancer 5 years ago am now fighting for my life…They are after me for $2000.00 when if I spent $200.00 that was a lot..They go after people who don’t have the money so they can sue them for 10 times the amount..What a RIP OFF it’s sad what has become of this country…

      I was one day late in making my payment. They called me no fewer than 30 times in the 8 hours between my first call and AFTER I made the payment. For a card that offers absolutely no benefits and will not work outside that’s some pretty atrocious customer service.

      It truly is a shame that the country that speaks about the american dream. Steals blindly from the poor people with ridiculous fees and interest. But do you people have any HEART? Can't you see that the poor people already struggle on a daily basis? Why would you put on top of every single one of them trying to put the lie of the american dream in their soul. But how are they going to accomplish it, when you guys that are rich because of the poor people that you steal from through fees and ridiculous interest charges that you guys take advantage of cause the government don't care because they are receiving a piece of the Whole Pie.

      So therefore I give you guys a BIG ( 0 ) rating!!! I wish that no one applies for any of your offers on credit cards or anything else thats offer.

      Shame on the BBB that after so many complaints neither they, do anything about it. Cause they are also ones taking a big piece of the pie. This is a humongous SHAME for America, the Land of opportunities.

      So I begged of you oh Wonderful Father in Heaven, to close all these doors to these scoundrels that take advantage of the poor by offering a service that many would be willing to pay the ridiculous fees and interest.

      Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try as I’m still in the credit rebuilding phase. Had the card for a couple of months. No problems. Currently have no balance, literally paid monthly and viola! Got a letter in the mail today that my account was suspended. Which is funny because I also have a Apple Card, a discover, and a savor capital one which have also never been late nor have they ever been suspended. I should have followed the bad reviews. Wish I never got this card.

      I closed my account on Nov. 16, 2022 and still expecting my overpayment refund of $99.00 that should put back to my bank account on file in 7-10 business days. Well, today is Dec. 19, 2022. I just called them regarding the refund issue and was promised again that it will be put back to my bank account in 7-10 days. What’s going on Continental Finance, the company that handles Reflex Mastercard? Are you giving me my money back or do you want a class action suit? Never do business with this company. They’re scammers.
