    Total scam. Horrible customer service. Overcharged me. No refunds. They hung up on me twice. Don't use them.

    Don't ever use this site! They appear to be the booking site for the hotel, but are not. I only found out when I went to cancel the reservation (the next day!). They added a ton of extra fees, and I am still fighting to get my money back for the cancellation, which is over $1000.
    Why isn't this business shut down?

    I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I made the mistake of booking a non refundable rate (which wasn’t clearly marked). I made several calls to try to change my reservation to no avail. I would have lost over $800. This former travel agent was duped! BEWARE of the deceitful Guest Reservations.

    They do not show their fees until after you submit your payment. Even though it states a cancelation date when making the reservation, afterwards they tell you no cancelation refunds. They charged me $162 above the actual cost of the room. Total ripoff. They also make it appear that the are the actual hotel reservation service and not a 3rd party. They should be down

    Do NOT use this business. It’s a total sham. They appear as though they’re the Hyatt, appear to be offering discounts, and they are being deceptive to skim $50-$70 out of your wallet.

    SCAM - They are charged me $170 in fees on top of my per night rate without any indication during the purchase process. At no point was a shown a total cost until after I had completed the reservation process and received the confirmation email. When I canceled 5 minutes later, I was told I would not receive a refund "because they no longer had the money". Avoid this site AT ALL COSTS. PS - I searched the hotel I wanted to book directly and this site came up. It looked to be affiliated with the hotel so I was unaware it was even a third party site.

    Web site said hotel reservation was under $200. Upon arrival guest bill was over $200.00 plus hotel charged me $300.00 . Total bill was $500.00 for both charges.
    Guest Reservation is a scam and they will steal your money, with over charges. Buyer Beeare!

    This website is a scam. They will sell you a hotel room and put an upcharge for the service fees. We booked a room for $170 and were charged $250. They also charged my credit card as well. So I cancelled them and they said they will refund it. I believe they will not because of the prices we paid.
