      Here was my experience. Gadget Gone was the highest bidder by an amount which should have been a red flag. They only use USPS because they are cheap and you get to deal with all the USPS pain (don't pickup, slow delivery, etc). They will only support you via text message and are slow (1-day response). No way to get phone support or get a fast response. Response SLA is supposedly a 3-5 hours, but it was not met during my experiences. They promise a 5-7 day turnaround and a "price lock guarantee". These are meaningless and will get a 'sorry' when they do not meet them. They got my phone and held onto it for 11 days after receiving it. And only after multiple texts and emails did I get a response. And, to no surprise, they lowball offered me on the phone after all this. So much for their 'guarantee'. This one-year-old phone was put in a high-quality case, with a glass screen protector, and camera glass protector, from the time it came out of the box to the time I shipped it to them. And it had 91% battery. This is a pretty flawless used phone to me. Clearly, the business model is to offer more than competitors, use cost-cutting in shipping, staffing, and support, and then will lowball you hoping you will give in. There are better companies out there than this one. I encourage you to look past their offer or you risk having the value of your phone drop before they get it back to you. I hope the $50 you hope to steal from me is worth the factual review of my experience.
