      Quality Service. Quick and efficient. I mailed my phone and ten business days later I was paid the quoted amount and then some. That's right, I received more that what I was quoted because after Gadget Gone's evaluation of my iPhone they determined it was in better condition that I had stated. I've used other services online and I've never had that happen. I reached out to customer service twice and received a prompt response addressing my questions. I give Gadget Gone my highest possible recommendation.

      I had an iPhone X that I no longer needed. I shopped around using recommendations from CNET and decided to go with GadgetGone. The entire process went smoothly. What I was impressed about was the communication. They notified me when they received the phone, and told me all of the next steps. In fact, once they received the phone, they ended up giving me $17 more than the original quote. I would use them again, and I highly recommend their services.

      Completely transparent, competitive prices, and friendly people. They've always been quick to answer any questions I've had and I would highly recommend using GadgetGone for any devices that they will purchase. I've sent multiple devices in on different occasions, and I've never had a problem tracking them or with them being upfront and honest about their pricing,

      I had an Intel Mac Mini I no longer needed as I upgraded to a M2 Mac Mini. So no longer current tech. New Mac Mini was $499 from Amazon. I shopped around all used equipment places and GadgetGone had the best offer at $213. Shipping/processing was free and it took a while (couple weeks) but they then paid me more than their offer at $250. It was easy, they paid me more than their original quote (a first if you've ever done these sorts of things) and the process was clear. They had lots of payout options including bonuses but I went for a simple Amazon gift card reload. Overall i'd highly recommend them based on a few experiences i've had with them.
