  I had a great experience with Gadget Gone. They gave me a MUCH higher payout than other companies! It only took about 7 days once the phone was received and checked before I received payment. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

  I have used gadgegone several times over the past few months. They offer a quick turnaround, usually about 2 weeks and you have your prepaid debit card emailed to you. They offer fair pricing for the phones they buy and they have very friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

  I went with GadgetGone instead of selling back to Apple because they were recommended by the site that I purchased my new phone from, Swappa. They were offering a higher price than what Apple was offering me, so I took a chance and it turned out well for me. When some time had passed and I had not sent in my phone, GadgetGone reached out and offered to send me a padded envelope to ship the phone in which I accepted and this helped me feel comfortable with shipping off my phone into the abyss. After the inspection period, I received the exact amount that I was offered after inputting the model in the condition. The money was sent to my bank account quickly.

  Very good experience with GadgetGone. I sold them my 2019 MacBook Air and got a very reasonable fee for it from them. Simple process, they followed up with me to make sure it was as easy as possible. I got an ****** gift card in my email for the full amount. Super easy. If you're wondering if they are legit -- they are!

  I did a lot of research before deciding to sell my used iPhones to Gadgetgone. I have never sold used electronics before, so I wanted to make sure I sold to a legitimate and honest company. The reviews were very good and Gadgetgone had a great BBB rating, so ultimately I decided to go with them and I am so glad that I did. I was very impressed with their customer service and promptness in answering my questions and concerns. They truly wanted my business and treated me very well. I had some follow up questions after they reviewed my phone and gave me an offer, and they promptly answered and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend Gadgetgone. They are a legitimate, honest company. You won't be disappointed.

  Gadget Gone is a scam. You go on their website to pitch a sale for a phone. They give you a quote based upon what the consumer has stated. You ship your device to them then they low ball you on the price in hopes that you will take their lowest offer. I sent them a phone work well over 500 bucks, in excellent condition kept in a DEFENDER SERIES Otter box. Gadget Gone offered 278, for my S21 Ultra, flashed my name and price offered all across their main page (to boost sales) got my device and tried to give me 34 bucks for it! If you want a fair price for your devices, you'd be better off recycling at the EcoATM. I received 225 for the SAME PHONE that Gadget Gone wanted to give me 34 bucks for! If you are considering Gadget Gone. PLEASE DON'T. they are not all that they claim to be.

  Follow up and response times for these guys was incredible. I got less for one phone than I wanted and a little more than I expected for the second. Bottom line I would definitely use this service again. Excellent!

  GadgetGone, was super easy and intuitive to deal with; I was always a bit wary of selling old devices online, but GadgetGone quickly dispelled those fears, by a step by step easy to follow and transparent process to get the device qualified, get it ready, ship it, and they communicated so well along the process.
  They texted and emailed me at each step, shipment, shipment received, device being reviewed, and then payment timing, and mine was done via PayPal, so super easy. They have other payment options too I believe.
  Even better, they sent me a note, and said that the device was actually worth $30 more dollars than originally proposed and paid me that higher value, amazing.
  GadgetGone is definitely my go to source for selling phones, laptops, and iPads from now on!

  I was very impressed and would recommend using GadgetGone for selling your electronics. The process was very simple and straightforward and the offered the best price available. They provided a fair and honest review of the phones I sent in and provided constant communication throughout the process. From start to finish I sent my electronics in and payment in my PayPal account in a little over two weeks. Communication was very quick and I received responses typically within two hours. I highly recommend using GadgetGone and will use them moving forward for any electronics recycling needs I may have.
