      I had a great experience selling my old iPhone to Gadget Gone. They were easy to work with and send money just a day after receiving my phone. They said it would take 2 - 4 business days to hit my account, but it was there the next day. They were honest and fair in their pricing. I would definately sell to them again. Thanks Gadget Gone!

      I was absolutely thrilled to have found GadgetGone, LLC online to sell my ****** Pixel 8 Pro slightly used but in an absolutely mint condition mobile device. **** was my contact person and from the start, I saw this person was going to be the reason I found this site online to sell my device, among so many online choices to the tech consumer like myself. Dealing with this firm was an absolutely seamless experience, and when adding to that ****'s ***** Five-Star ***** level of business professionalism, I felt very confident and knew immediately this company was operating at a high level of customer service not experienced by many (including myself) available on the internet. I have to believe that **** wasn't the only person employed by this firm operating at such a professional and customer satisfying level, but from where I sit **** was the Deal-Maker for GadgetGone LLC and undoubtedly a very valuable asset to this company's bottom-line. If **** isn't an owner or senior member of management with GadgetGone already, this would surprise me and inspire me to strongly recommend to anyone in the management structure of GadgetGone LLC to include this individual in management and include their input at every corporate or shareholder meeting. You can thank me later for this recommendation concerning my career path suggestion(s) for **** but indirectly this is what I do for a living. For over 10 years in this uncompensated position I have had something to do with making many companies more successful by simply recognizing a diamond in the **** or bringing to light an outstanding individual already on their payroll and if not already realized by their firm.       I was reluctant to use an online selling platform but a relative had positive *********** saw GadgetGone was a BBB member so I tried it for my 3 year old phone in excellent condition, gently used, well protected with a body case & liquid glass with an initial online assessed value of $190.The negatives of my experience:- **** is their delivery method. I was freshly reeling from a new phone being stolen via this way of delivery.- Questionable communication between the tech team & the customer service *** assigned to my order. *** stated tech's assessment in short indicated noticeably used condition, screen scratches, unlocked but still associated with the carrier- huh? Offered $41.Positives:-Free delivery with the option to purchase $2 insurance.-Received a welcome ***************** to ask questions upon agreement to work with GadgetGone. Nice touch.-Prompt email/text responses with detailed ********************** of your order. The *** did go back & reviewe the tech team's info then clarified the offer since I questioned their ************** solidified the unlocked status with no carrier attachments I was then offered $143. The *** did provide the tech's notations in the email correspondences.- They have several ways of payment like bank transfer, gift card, & PayPal.Things to remember:-Take detailed pictures of the devices along with their identifying #'s.- Open an on line account with **** to track your package through their informed delivery service.- Purchase the $2 insurance upon setting up your delivery info with GadgetGone.- If the tech team's offer honestly seems off then stand your ground & be persistent with questioning. I will consider using GadgetGone in the future but will be holding my breath again until they have the goods in their possession.
