      I had a great experience! I sold two Apple products. One of them was in better condition than I thought and they gave me more than I initially expected! Communication was excellent and I feel I got very fair prices for my gadgets. I'll definitely use them again.

      I sent a galaxy fold 3 in for $288 quoted and I was told I HAD to negotiate and I was then told $80. I have ALL text, pictures and conversations. This website is a joke and JUST ANOTHER SCAM SITE STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!!

I took a look at your order and your order details originally described that you would be sending in a Galaxy Z Fold3 in Flawless cosmetic condition. We mention on our website that our Flawless cosmetic condition is for devices with no signs of wear on the screen or body of the device that can be seen with the naked eye and must be free of any financial obligations.We mentioned in our email to you that unfortunately, due to a few scratches on the screen that could be felt with a fingernail, your order was graded into our Fair condition category. We specifically differentiate between Good and Fair condition categories on our website by noting whether the scratch can be felt with a fingernail when lightly brushed against the present scratch. Additionally, your device was still financed to the **** network which did unfortunately decrease your value as we mention on our website your device cannot be financed to qualify for our fully functional condition pricing. You are in no way asked to or obligated to try and negotiate or accept our values, but this is something we offer on a case-by-case basis to try and provide a better experience for customers who receive a requote as we understand it is never the best news to receive. The increased values are offered as a courtesy and are not meant to insult or provide a worse experience to our customers.
