      Hi, I went to the ******************** location to get my tooth bridge from ********* she had her assistant finished the work I left the place with pain I went back to inform her that I was in pain and every time I ate, I fill it loose and a lot of pain . I told them the dental work felt like it has been improperly done i want someone to fix it they said to give it another week. It might be that I need a root canal all this couldve been done before the bridge to avoid people having pain if they really care about the customer not the money I went again the 3rd time to the office MY appointment was at 2pm already 2:50pm still seating in the lobby WAITING! I refuse to go back to her. I dont want her working on me. I dont wanna go back to the location Im requesting to get switched to the ******* office finish my procedure in that location with someone different professional! still waiting for someone to reach back. I still have my temporary on waiting waiting to get this resolved.

      Do yourself a favor and do not go to the dentist. I went in February. They were make a plate for my missing tooth. I paid the money for the plate minus what the insurance was supposed to pay and now they wont let me have my plate and they wont give me my money back

      Greenberg Dental on *************** Has anyone ever been able to reach the office by phone? I challenge anyone to call the recording will alway say if you get this message we are busy now i call from my car outside the office i can see 5 people chatting behind the front desk ignoring the calls! Total disrespect for their job and possible patients needing help! How does this company stay in business?

      Worst customer service experience I have ever ****** first visit Dr. ***** ******** did not explain procedure and after care, meaning what a patient should to do after surgery is completed. I asked about it and his assistant proceeded to be disrespectful. She said I bet you she cant go back to her previous surgeon but she is going to lose her bet because I am not poor and I can afford to pay any company who knows how to treat their customers with dignity and respect. Also, I waited for a 20 minutes procedure and was there for three hours. I gave them a second chance My second visit no one was at the desk to check me in. I stood there for a while and the same lady who was rude to me passed me and said nothing. They are a bit arrogant and full of themselves. ************** and his team need diversity training and emotional intelligence. They need to learn to focus on the job they are hired to do and stop with their drama in treating people terrible. I dont talk much but I decided to speak out so that management knows what is going on in there establishment.

      The worse **************** experience in the office or with ***** **************** # She refuses to give the name and # of the person in charge of the company, She provides terrible service too, We have been over charges for years by not going thru my insurance and just give me a discounts to get bigger pay outs for the office. I called the customer service # to ask if they check my claims and was told no , it is what it is , and you cant talk to anyone but me. go somewhere else for services

      Going to ********* was by far one of my largest displeasures in getting any kind of medical care. Their treatment ******* on the edge of medical malpractice and what I experienced was borderline getting waterboarded. Somehow I came out with my hair, shoulders, and chest soaking wet because of the sheer volume of water without suction they were providing. They actually cleaned about three teeth except they scraped my gums way below my teeth in addition to my teeth. I could have flossed better than the cleaning they provide. My teeth, gums, and cheeks hurt. Would never come back.

      DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! On July 10, 2024 my 7 year old daughter had an appointment to have tooth "H" extracted per ***********************, DMD at greenberg dental on ***** road in ***********. My daughter had a procedure done when she was 4 where she was put to sleep to perform the work but aside from that had never had any dental work done. The dentist and assistances were aware that this was a first for her and that she would be nervous. We opted for "laughing gas" which helped to calm my daughter temporarily. Nothing was explained along the way to my daughter of what to expect, what was happening next or anything of that nature to help to ease a nervous childs mind. The doctor came in and began to administer numbing shots to which my daughter started getting upset. Myself along with his assistant were attempting to calm her when the doctor stated that he cannot concentrate or work under those conditions. We got my daughter calmed and he began to proceed with the numbing shots. When he began to numb the roof of her mouth my daughter felt the stabbing and started to panic and began shaking, gaging, coughing and choking. The doctor ignored her distress and had his assistant hold her down while he proceeded with the shots. I asked him several times to give her a break to which he ignored my requests which fueled frustration with the whole situation. I finally told the dentist to STOP! The dentist got up and left the room, his assistant told me they wouldnt be able to do the work today and had the assistant switched with another one. The dentist then came back to the room to tell me we were disruptive and a problem and they wouldnt do anything for my child, the second the dr approached the door my daughter began to panic after already being traumatized by these Jokes of a dental group. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING WITH PEDIATRICS!!!! This dental firm is a complete joke that traumatizes children during already stressful situations.

      Front Desk young girl needs customer service training. Very unprofessional need to learn how to speak to clients. It is very expensive for dental services an explanation of cost should not come with unnecessary LIP!!
