  This place be ware they have the worst care and have litterly distroyed my teeth and I've been hospitalized on behalf of their negligence.

  Awful awful experience! They have absolutely no bedside manner. They are rude to you and rude to the children they treat. They are aggressive in their tone and they don't care if you're in pain. If you have questions, they act as if you're a nuisance and shouldn't question them. From my experience and others, they botch the dental work most of the time. You're better off anywhere else and if it weren't for my insurance having me go here, I never would have set foot here.

  No stars. The company's policy is the worst service according to the ********* office. The administrative employees are rude and do not provide information about their services. They made me pay in cash for services that could be financed simply because the administrative assistant denied that they had financing, probably due to laziness in carrying out the process. When I asked to speak to the manager, they told me not to waste time, which was the same as not speaking to anyone. The lifetime guarantee is a lie and a job broke in the first year and they did not respond for the guarantee only delaying the response for months. They bill the work included by my insurance as cosmetics so they can charge more. What bad luck to have fallen into the hands of unethical people and to have believed in them despite everything I heard from their employees and from the customers in the waiting room.

  This is about the Greenberg Dental on *************, *******************. All staff great except the surgeon and an Asian gentleman wearing all black. Both rude. Surgeon doesnt care for your health. I was a diabetic who hadnt eaten. He was supposed to be extracting my teeth. Right before he started he just chose to go across the hall to do another extraction. Even after he read I was a diabetic. Then the Asian gentleman chose to lie and tell me when my appointment was, then stood there in front of my daughter and I like he was going to throw us out. Glucose went down to 50, but thankfully the woman there were concerned enough to assist me with my teeth, have my daughter get me something to get my glucose level up. I would never ever allow that surgeon to work on my teeth, but the other services are wonderful. Best bet is get rid of the person that will cause a lawsuit.

  I called Greenberg dental as a new patient for my wife and Elaine from Casselberry, Florida office returned my call. First she asked about my wife's pain and she said she should come in for walk in by 12pm. I said, she is having discomfort and she will survive because that's what my wife said and she laughed :(
  She has a negative attitude when it comes to dealing with new patients!
  The way she asked to set up an exam or appointment was unprofessional and very rude and honestly if I am going to deal with people like this at that office, I'd rather take our dentist business elsewhere, which is exactly what I am going to do and I DO NOT RECOMMEND Greenberg AT ALL!
  NO STARS FROM ME!!!! Well I was obligated by **** to ADD at least 1 :(

  I have been a patient of Greenberg Dental-Buena Ventura for some time. Last year 2022 I had two crowns put on and now one them went bad. The doctor said I have to removed the tooth. I was also informed that my insurance did not pay for the last service and that I had a balance on my account for the same tooth that now had to me removed. The doctor stated that this balance was going to be refunded and called the billing manager to present me with a new treatment plan. This treatment plan was to make a bridge covering the bad tooth along with other two, so a bridge covering three for over $1100. This treatment plan did not include the extraction. Had to make another appointment for that and they said the total for extraction was $250. So tried to make an appointment to do the impression before removing the bad tooth and now they tell me that I have to take care of the balance (previously stated was going to be refunded). I inform them of what was previously informed and now they tell me that this balance is going to be added to the the previously treatment plan presented. Not only they failed on presenting all the charges up front but also acted in bath faith about the refund. I am now responsible to deal with the collection "department" (which is still Greenberg dental), and deal with this balance that was supposed to be taken care of. And worst of all not treatment is going to be done.

  If i can just give them 0 stars, i would. This office of Greenberg dental orthodontic on Altamonte springs, orlando, fl. Is the worst I have ever been in my life.. the front staff, specifically for oral surgery, it doesn't show any customer service skills. The first thing is when I came for an evaluation. I never asked for implants do to my bone loss, but they still gave me a breakdown of the expenses up to 14,000 dollars. I went back again and I told them that I don't want that to be done. They took out the implans cost, but they still tried to bill a procedure to remove my palate bone. And i know i don't need it, at least not medically necessary, and after I paid for my dentures, the surgey for extract all my 17 teeth was up to 7,000 dollars, I still see in the surgery breakdown the same procedure costs I asked them to remove
  before. I request them to cancel the surgery and refund my dentures money, since im not having the surgery, even if they have to take the lab fees. I need someone from billing department to contact me about a paid service cancelation, I've been calling, for a whole week, noone answer, I've been coming to the office, talked to the front desk oral surgery staff and there's no other way to find an answer. Today is November 6 2023, and im here today, The surgery front desk lady, just told me that she already sent an email to the billing department, and that I have to wait. I don't mind to wait, But when I call them, there's no answer, or the machine ask for my information and never call back. I will proceed with legal action if this situation is not resolved because they was trying to bill my insurance expenses i don't need. It is not the first time I see a surgeon or dentist and as a health professional, I am, i understand those procedures. And i pay my dentures on october 20, 2023, and i called them exactly 2 days after after I found out the surgery costs, and they never answered those phones. Waiting for a honest answer. BBB is next.

  We just sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours before even being called back. The admin staff is incompetent and vastly overbooks everyday.

  Greenburg is great and terrible. Getting an appointment ment is horrible. I went to get a rootcanal. It was good but something happened along a period of a year. To make it short the infection came back and required surgery to cut out infection. Fine. It took 6 months and 4 dentist appointments to figure it out to get it done. But I had to wait so long that it spread to the tooth next to it. So now another root canal. The appointment was a month out so no worries. Showed up today and they canceled without notice. Went there and they said they called. Apparently had a really old number and the offices don't share your number in system. So now they said oh ya... next available day is July?!?! That is what I'm talking about. So they were able to get an appointment for 5 days from now to look at suspect tooth. Keep in mind every visit is 1 hr drive. Close to 40 miles 1 way. So not pleased. Them people know how to test patience and my patience is wearing thin. The doctors are talented. The customer service, never answering phone. It takes 80 total miles to just even make sure the appointment exist. I hate it.

  I had an appointment, showed up, waited 30 minutes to find out that my insurance they didn't take. Why didn't they verify this before i went !
