      It's unbelievable that these people conduct business this way!! How I'm the world they have people going there if nobody answers the phone!! And having like 10 women there???!!! With who are they talking?? Because you got there and you see them taking on the phone???!!! BUT WITH WHOM??!!!

      Port Orange Green Dental is best . All stuff is amazing specially front desk lady Ms. Louise is very friendly , kind and helpful. Orthodontist William ******** is best doctor in this Universe. He made best for his patients. He is a so nice didn’t charge for my retainers 2nd time . Even though I was half time with other ortho who did messed up but Doctor ******** did his best to fix it. I love this doctor I love this place .

      I was scheduled to have oral surgery at Greenberg Dental located at **** ** ********* ** Winter Park, FL. The appointment was scheduled for 1-20-2023 @ 11:00 a.m. On the very same morning I received a call from the scheduling department who left a message telling me that my appointment was cancelled due to issues with my insurance company, by the way I called my insurance company to find out what the problem was. There was not a problem on their end, I was informed that they had approved the service requested on 12/18/2022 and expiration date of 3-18-2023 (the insurance company sent me a copy of the approval letter). I continually called the phone number that was left on the voice mail and I never received a return call. I filed a grievance with my insurance company and the response from Greenberg to my insurance company was that they reached out to me many times but i did not get back to them, which is clearly untrue or I would not have filed a grievance, also they asked the insurance company to apologize to me for them. All I want from Greenberg Dental is a honest explanation of why they treated me in this manner and an apology. The exact same incident occurred in February 2022. My insurance company found another dental company for me and I'm grateful for that.

      I spoke with Jenny who stated he is the officer manager and it was the worst customer experience. Very argumentative, combative, aggressive and seemed a little violent. How was the decision made for him to be promoted to such a position with that level of professionalism.

      I had a fewer dental work back in 09/27/2021, I went there for and root canal, and they decided to do a crown instead, since that I have to much precision and painful very sensitive to hot a cold, I was told that the medicine inside need to cure the nerves, but it was all a lying. I almost dies from extremely pains I went to emergency room, and I was back to the dental office and they not want to be responsible and they wanted to change more money, and no fix my problem. They are very in responsible not professional, stay away from that clinic, bad bad

      I have been visiting the Winter Park office for two years. I believe this location is the best especially with the addition of Dr Bhawna *******. Dr ******* is the best general dentist I ever worked with. She is very very smart, very knowledgeable, she thinks out of the box, very professional, very patient, super pleasant, very calm, very cool and very collective. I hope she stays at this office for long time.
      Also her assistant Marsala is very knowledgeable, very nice, very professional and very pleasant.
      The office staff is very helpful, very pleasant, very professional especially Mary.
      Thanks Greenberg Dental Winter Park office Team for taking an excellent dental care of mine.

      Terrible company do not do service with them at all!!! Rude, bad communication, canceled my daughter appt for cleaning and exam after I had their braces removed for it and a woman named Shannon at the blanding location is the nastiest rudest incorrect employee they have but I've encountered 4 different employees between two locations rude and unprofessional!
