    I am a 71-year-old homeowner that had **** Security install a system that I paid for upfront approximately a month and half ago. After the installation of two outside cameras and a doorbell camera the cameras immediately started messing up with notifications. **** attempted to help over the phone immediately then they sent a tech out after being unable to help over the phone. The tech told me the cameras needed to be upgraded after I complained about the cameras notifying movement of everything including bugs, birds but would not recognize a vehicle. I was told the cameras would be in by the end of September. They have not arrived yet. The main reason I dont want to continue service with **** is when I accidently set off my alarm. I attempted to disarm it thru my app when I got home and that did not work. When I opened my door the alarm went off. I went to the panel, and it would not respond to my code. After about 5 mins it finally stopped, but no one from **** ever called me to see if it was a real alarm. I no longer have confidence in the system working as promised nor service being prompt after a month and half and it is not fixed from the initial setup.I hope **** Security does the right thing and releases me since I have given them ample time to get this right.They did give me $1504.00 to payoff for my old alarm company and I am willing to give all that back or they can subtract it from the $4400.00 paid for the system upfront when they pick up their equipment and refund my money. Thank you for your assistance.

    In response to this alleged complaint: **************** received the complete security system that she purchased. The "Upgraded Cameras" that she is speaking of were offered to her as a courtesy. It was also explained that these Upgraded Cameras had not yet been released by the manufacturer and when they were available we would supply them to her. Again, 'AS A COURTESY'. So she is not owed anything. 

    In regards to the alarm that was tripped and sounded off, the monitoring station advised that the system had been properly disarmed within the allotted time. When this happens there is no need for them to reach out to the customer.

    In regards to this complaint, the issue has since been addressed and resolved. The customer had 2 accounts in our system, 1 of which was inactive. So the messages were being sent to the wrong account. This was explained to the customer and she is satisfied with the outcome and service I provided.
