    I was considering purchasing a home warranty from ARW until ******************** became pushy, insulting, and condescending on the phone. He accused me of talking to him like a child when I tried to explain to him that he didnt need to continue overselling, telling me about their competitors and how highly rated ARW is. I didnt need additional coupons, I just needed to validate the information he was telling me and he lost his professionalism. He became rude and accused me of cutting him off when he kept cutting me off to push his points. He had the sale but lost it with his pushiness and personality. He is supposed to be the face of ARW and this is the impression he left of this company. *******. Lowes technicians are contractors! They do not work for Lowes. He talked to me like I was an idiot. I was a Group Lead in a call center with over 400 representatives and I would be thoroughly embarrassed if I listened to this call if I were ******** supervisor.

    This ARW home warranty told in the beginning that they will fixed my television and says everything covers if you have certain amount I paid it but now they are saying we cant fixed it they are scamming people so plz be careful not recommend ????????

    Thank you for your review, ****** Upon careful examination, we determined that your TV claim was rejected due to physical damage, as evidenced by the photos received, which showed a cracked screen. Consistent with the plan's terms and conditions, the claim was denied because the damage did not result from normal wear and tear. We recognize that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we adhered to the plan's terms and conditions.

    They called and said I didnt make my payment. Spent almost 2 hours on hold or waiting for a chat to verify that I had in fact made the payment. Still havent got to talk to anyone yet.

    This is THE worst home warranty company we have ever dealt with. Bait and switch from the VERY beginning. Zero accountability and no one seems to care about the issues. Stay away - not worth the money or the hours of aggravation that we have endured! TERRIBLE company

    The air conditioning was damaged and they did not fix it. They said it was still working fine. but it is not working well.After a the refrigerator stop working and they only gave me 220 because it is very old according to them.Which refrigerator can I buy wiyh 220? I had been paying them for nothing for approximately 2 years.i would not recomend this company at all.

Upon reviewing your claims, we found that your second AC claim was voided due to the assigned service provider, and ARW could not contact you to arrange the 2nd opinion. The claim for the fridge resulted in a buyout since the technician could not find parts for the refrigerator manufactured in April 1995. The buyout amount was based on the remaining limit of liability as per the terms and conditions of your plan.

    poorly business we were left without water for 14 days and we've been with this company for 2 yrs so we had to buy our own water heater and pay to get it put in
