    $804 for services however their site is difficult to use. Claim submission number does not work on the weekend. They adjusted the service call fee from $55 to $99 and provide less accessible service.

    Used them for a year because the seller of the house picked them for the warranty that they bought for us. Seemed ok, never had to use the warranty, but now that the year is over they constantly hound you to renew. They call my wife's phone multiple times a day over and over. ***** who just called was extremely rude. After all this harassment I will not renew.

    I got scammed by them!!!! I paid $69.99 every month for a plan for 3 months and in may I gave them a $125.00 for my deductible to fix my washer. They never sent anyone out to fix it and never called me. I finally had a third party company call me to set up an appointment for 3 weeks out. They came out and told me yes it was broke and thats all. I never heard anything until I called and asked about it and fought with them and they finally said that they would replace my washer. I said fine. I called a few days later and asked if they could send me a copy of the check they mailed and they canceled my plan and wouldnt fix my washer nor send me a check like they said they would or refund me the money I had spent already on the plan and deductible. They refused to give me names of who I talked to and lied about me canceling my plan before I got the check. They told me that I couldnt cancel my plan until the claim was closed and I got the check. I said fine Ill call back and cancel after I get the check since **** wont refund me anything and the claim is still open. I talked to them on June 5th the check was supposed to be mailed the 6th and they charged my credit card on the 6th for another month of service and canceled my service the 7th. This company is crooks and scammers and will take ur money and not provide any service at all. I am out $334.97 just to this company to fix my washer and its not fixed. They need to be stopped.

    Hello ******, as we have discussed multiple times over the phone, the cancellation of your account and the withholding of the buyout check for the washer replacement are due to the chargeback you initiated with your bank. Your monthly payment was refunded as a result. Consequently, both your account and the buyout check were canceled. You were informed that reinstating your account to a current status was necessary to qualify for the buyout check, which you declined, indicating your intention to only receive the buyout check and then cancel the service. This is not in accordance with the terms of the plan. Therefore, your account remains canceled, as per our previous discussions. We hope this message further clarifies the situation you experienced.

    HORRIBLE - WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 - 4 WEEKS NOW FOR THEM TO REPLACE A WATER HEATER. WE HAVE HAD THIS SERVICE FOR AT LEAST 4 YEARS - AND AFTER ALL THIS WAIT THEY WON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY AND ONLY WILL ALLOW $400 FOR A HOT WATER HEATER. THEN THEY HAD THE ***** TO SAY THAT THEY WOULD SEND US A CHECK FOR $400 AND IT WILL TAKE FROM 3-4 MORE WEEK! PLEASE SOMEBODY - ANYBODY - EVERYBODY !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I ONLY WISH I COULD GO LIVE ON TV TO EXPLAIN THE MISREPRESENTATION THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEIR NON-SERVICE, NON PRODUCTIVE, NON-ATTENTIVE SERVICE. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE! YOU'LL THANK US LATER!

    This is the worst company I have ever interacted with, across the board. I have been trying to get my dishwasher - which is expressly covered in the warranty - fixed for over a month now. I have had 12 separate phone calls with the absolute worst customer service team I have ever interacted with, and they are completely incapable of doing anything useful. After a tremendous amount of back and forth and what I thought was a final resolution to the issue, I get a call this morning from the service provider that ARW still hasn't approved the claim and therefore they can't do anything. I am one step away from suing them. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company under ANY circumstances. The beauty of capitalism is that companies like this should be driven out of business. I will make it my life mission to ensure they are on the short list to declare bankruptcy because any company that is this blatantly incompetent and/or malicious in their business practices deserves nothing more than that.

    I just signed up and ** already disappointed in the company. I cant get anybody on the phone. Ive waited 1 hour for someone to pick up. Kept telling me 10 minutes. After an hour I hung up. Im canceling.
