    **************** sucks! Please stay away! We called them in 7/22/24 to have our frig services and its now 7/26/24 and no contractor has contacted us. We have spoken to ***** and ******* customer service reps and they havent been helpful. You cant speak with a manager. We have had this service for over 10years and this is the 2nd time we have used it and its just terrible. This has been a waste of money and complete frustration. All my food has spoiled and all they keep doing is apologizing but that doesnt fix the issue.

    ****, upon reviewing your claim, we noted that although a technician had been scheduled, the claim was closed at your request prior to resolution. As the claim was cancelled upon your request, we will issue a refund for the *** paid to initiate the claim.

    ARW has been wonderful! The claims representatives are amazing and make sure you understand the process from start to finish! Which is wonderful for new homeowners like myself! However I had an unfortunate event with the ac repair company trying to syphon unnecessary money out of me but the customer service rep ****** at ********************** thoroughly explained me my warranty rights thus leading me feeling confident and informed moving forward in my ac repair journey!

    My elderly parent's ac went out on June 25. I called on June 26th to file a claim. Here we are July 17th and still no one from ARW nor a contractor has been out. I have called ARW 25 times since July 1st. The heat in my state has been almost unbearable.On June 25th, the day the air went out my dad had a pacemaker put in, I just knew this would be taken care before he came home but it was not. On June 28th due to the temp, my mom had a stroke and was in the hospital for 7 days. I started called on July 1 and I have been made promise after promise that the situation has been sent to the escalation department. They have sent the work order to 2 different contractors. The first contractor told me that they advised ARW that they do not work with home warranty companies. The 2nd company advised them they would need the work order along with some other documents. I was told that the forms had been sent but the office manager advised me more than 3 times that the paperwork had not been received. She also reached out to them and still as of today the paperwork had not been received.Each time I call I am given the same story by each of the reps that I have spoken to. I feel like this company is ripping people off of their money. They do not hesitate in taking the money for the service but doesn't provide the service requested.I have but fans and window units in parents home but I should not have had to do this. I feel like there should be some legal actions that I should take because of this ordeal.

    So far Im not having a good experience with ARW and dont know if I would recommend them to anyone.My refrigerator and freezer stopped getting cold almost a week ago.They were notified,a tech came out soon after that and now its been 3 days later and ARW hasnt reached out to them or myself! Theyre still waiting to figure out what theyre going to do with my refrigerator! Every time I call them to find out what the problem is they tell me to give them 24hrs Meanwhile all my food has spoiled and I have had to keep my medicine on ice in a cooler.This has been a very frustrating process,I dont like hunting down people after I have paid for services and get treated like this.I believe Ill be in search of another warranty company after this is resolved

    This is the worst warranty company ever. Used them once & they said they couldn't fix my washer. They gave me $ 300. This time I called for a clogged sink & was told someone would get back to me in ***** hours. Meanwhile I can't use my water because the sink won't drain and I will have a flood. I call customer service they referred me to claims. Waiting on line now about 1 hour and claims told me to call customer service so I could use my own technician. They just switched me back to to claims again. I am now going to call my own tech & have to fight with them later to pay.

    This place is a rip off been paying for nothing first time I needed a repair they took my money and never sent anyone tried to get a refund for service call after being passed around for 4 hours still didn't get my refund or a tech

    ARW took my $100 service fee and email saying they was unable to find a services for the Pluming Stoppage repair. Requested that i find a service and they would reimburse me. I found a service and the repairs was done. However, ARW denied the claim.

    The whole process was very easy, The waiting time was longer than expected when making the initial claim. The plumber was very courteous, he explained everything he did so that I could understand.

    I left Achosa Home Warranty just to try something different. I was lied to by the sales person from ARW about how much my service fee was. Trying to get someone on the phone is horrendous!!!! I will be going back to ****** where I had zero issues and had the best customer service.
