    I would not refer American Residential Warranty to my worst enemy. After having them for 8 years. I called them about a water leak 2 years after I was upsold on the additional coverage. They denied my claim even though my policy specifically said it was covered. I have ****** ******** now. And its like night and day. They replaced my refrigerator and AC unit with no problem. Take it from me. Dont waste your money with American Residential Warranty because you will regret it

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WASTE OF MONEY. NO TIMELY MATTER ALL YOU GET IS *********** SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU AND FINALLY FOR A WEEK SAID OUR REPAIR WERE NOT GOING TO BE COVERED AND NEEDED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET BAD FOR BUSINESS

    Worst business experience ever! They may do a good job in major metro areas where they have an established list of providers but if you live in a rural area they provide no service. I believe the business model is to drag their feet until the customer goes away. Hence profiting from the monthly payments made before you find out you have nothing. Nine days after I notified them I needed service I was told Id have to find my own provider. I was sent lengthy instructions on how I had to proceed with doing their job. I made one call and my air was fixed within 3 hours. Then trying to be reimbursed has been a nightmare. Ive been refused my request for a supervisor multiple times. I do not believe they ever made a call on my behalf. I feel Ive been defrauded. Buyer beware!

    Worst company ever!! My A/C went out 2 weeks ago and I'm still without air. They keep giving me the run around about repairing it, and I'm completely frustrated. I call everyday and stay on hold for hours. ***** calls me back, and I think they just don't want to pay my claim. NEVER use them.

    This company is a total scam! I have had nothing but the worst customer service experience with the call center and the technician! I reached out to them to fix my washer, the tech came by and said we need to order "x" part when we get it I will come back. Tech installed "a part" left and when I tested my washer in was in worse condition than it originally was prior to them working on it! I texted him back and he didn't give a c*** about it not working. I called the next day and spoke to someone else since then they have so called "escalated" this issue. I have been with out my washer since 06/15/24 when I created the claim. I am just getting the run around as I have requested a different tech to come out. Now they tell me I will have to pay again! Hello you all never fixed it! I will be canceling with them! Do Not Sign up with this company!! Stay Away!!

    ARW are liars. I wont go into every thing they did to me, because I dont have enough time so right each and everything. my last claim was for my AC long story short air condition could not be repaired. Had to do a total replacement.. estimate the company gave me to replace it, which is a company that American residential warranty sent said it was $7500 to take care of problem American residential warranty gave me $1550. Thats it point-blank they told me that was it as all policy was gonna pay thats it and nothing else they could do.. That is not even a down payment to get a replacement For a week, they lied and said we gonna call you back before the end of the day. I would not do business with them. Im warning anybody run from this company turn away. You better all put your money in our account and saving it instead of dealing with ****** and ********* lying people..

    I have been waiting for almost two months for my washer to be fixed or replace. The last time someone came out to try and fix the washer was June 20 2024 at that time he realized he was not able to fix the washer and advised ARW that the washer was not repairable at that time ARW stated that they would take care of it. Cyber World has closed the case and they also advised me that they will no longer service this area. ARW is still saying Cyber World is coming to fix the washer I called Cyber World again they told me again they have no one to fix the washer in my area even if the washer was able to be fixed. At this time we would appreciate pay out for our washer
