I purchased a Rescue Pro Bundle on July 6, 2024 for $169.99, which included an order discount of 10%, shipping charges, and taxes. I received no communication after the order confirmation email. I began emailing the company on July 15, 2024 asking the status of my order, GR571085. I received an automated email response stating my request had been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. I continued to email and ask the status of my order three times, receiving the same my request was being reviewed by support staff email. I called the customer service number and the recording saying I could leave a message, and they would call me back; the recording said the best way to contact them was by email. What a joke! I received an email response finally yesterday, July 16, 2024, to my initial request of being told the status of my order. In the email, from ****, she apologized for the delay, said they are still processing and fulfilling the shipment of my order. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable!! I have never received such terrible customer service! Their lack of communication with their customer is ridiculous; especially after charging my card immediately when the order was placed. It should have been charged when and if the order shipped. I responded with an email on July 17, ******************************************************* credit my credit card with the full amount charged. I feel as if Ive been taken advantage of by this business!!Rescue LLC

Took them forever and a day to ship my order, although when they finally did ship it, it arrived quickly. Absolutely horrible customer service. Limited replies to emails, my order was short 2 dunk tanks I was asked to take a photo of the items that did arrive and send it to them which I did, then they went radio silent. They lie on their website about calling, but when you do you get a recording basically saying we cant take your calls right now but email us and well be happy to help. Hello McFly, if you were answering your emails I wouldnt be calling. I see a lot of people are having the same issue about missing the dunk tanks, so it seems they dont have any, or the workers in shipping arent up to snuff on their job, just like customer service.Rescue LLC

Do not order from here!!! Placed an order on June 9th and paid for the next day shipping. I did not receive my order till July 9th. I had to contact them several times to find out where my order was and kept getting the run around. When i asked for my order to be cancelled I was ignored. When we received our order it was missing two items. I have tried to contact customer service by email and by phone. The phone goes right to voicemail and no reply yet from customer service. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing something online. If i do not get a response by end of day i will be filing a formal complaint.Rescue LLC

Do not order from this company, they lie and do not ship your order! I ordered this on June 4th for Father's day and still have yet to receive my order. I have written the company and did get a response that they were behind and my order was coming. They sent an order slip with no tracking and it has been another 10 days. They have lied and have been very shady. I had to write my credit card company to get my money back because they refuse to send the product or refund my money.Rescue LLC

I ordered from Grill Rescue on June 7th, my credit card was charged the same day. I have not received my products nor can I track a package through their website. When entering the order number provided in my confirmation email, the track order option states cannot find order. I have emailed four times with no response, even though their website states they have a response speed of 1-2 hours. I also tried to call their customer support and received a recorded message that states they cannot answer the phone as their phone service is very limited. They request that you send them an email that will be answered much quicker. I have disputed this charge with my bank and hope to receive a refund for this fraudulent charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!Rescue LLC

I saw advertising saying order by June 6, **24 and receive for Father's **** My son also saw it advertised on *** where they show different products. After placing the order I have emailed several times with only getting a basic reply that they were sorry they were behind in production and I am getting moved to priority shipping. It is June 25th and still no product or contact from the company except for the basic reply. The phone number listed here says their phone support is very limited but to email them at hello@grillresuce.**m and they respond in a timely manner. My opinion they do not respond in a timely manner and if they do it is a basic reply. I emailed and asked for a refund and they never responded to that email.
