    Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a $75 grill brush on June 10 for Fathers Day (which is now marked down to $39.99, btw). Never received the brush. Today is 6/24two weeks of waiting and it still hasnt even shipped, even though it was advertised as ready to ship for Fathers Day. When I asked for a refund (easy to do since it hadnt been shipped) I got the runaround and was asked how about a 10% discount instead? WOWno thanks. Now customer service is no longer even answering my emails. I followed up with my bank and disputed the transaction since Rescue cant be bothered. Im genuinely angry that my time has been wasted and *** had to stress this instead of focusing on the things that genuinely deserve my attention. What a stupid hassle this has been. Thank god my bank is taking care of this. I definitely do not recommend you buy anything from these frauds. Btw, ******* positive reviews on their website??? I should have KNOWN what liars and frauds they are. Buyer beware. Also notice they only respond to registered complaints, not reviews. And there are a LOT of complaints.

    Absolute terrible customer service. Dont expect any help since you cant get in touch with them. No phone and emails seem to be answered by a bot. Lost my package 2 weeks ago but charged me for it and I have yet to receive it or have any help in correcting the matter.

    I placed my order for two brushes on June 8th. Paid for the gift box too (hoping to get it before Father's **** total $126.94. I am still waiting for my package. On the 13th I requested a status update. Received a response from **** with a tracking number. The tracking number she gave me wasn't correct, that item was sent to an address in the state of ******** and I live in **********. On the 17th I notified them about this error and its the 19th and still waiting for a response. Poor customer service.

    I am incredibly frustrated with this company. I placed an order in mid May. The shipping company that they use to deliver the products lost the package. I have been trying to get someone to process a refund as I will never receive a package that I paid for. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered despite repeated requests, including an email that contained a copy of the email sent to me by the shipping company's investigator acknowledging the loss of the item while in their possession. I really wanted to support this company because of the ethos that they purportedly represent, but the experience I have had has been an exercise in frustration. I don't know if its a culture of silence perpetuated by being overwhelmed by supply and demand issues, but now I am out over a hundred bucks and they do not have the decency to even respond or provide some explanation. It always feel like a runaround. Its a shame as I would have been receptive to an explanation of present difficulties. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Very disappointed ordered 5-23-24 on 6-2-24 I emailed them as I couldn't find a phone number anywhere (not surprised) they took the money and didn't send tracking so I inquired via email only to be told they couldn't ship(but didn't inform me of that and took my money on 5-23-24) that it was on back order till mid June. Thats too late I told them as it was a gift I was purchasing the items for. I requested twice via email to cancel and no response so I filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE NOT a good company in my opinion VERY disappointed.

    Ordered Nov. 14. Money left my account Nov. 28. It was to be a Christmas gift. It's now Jan. 11 and still no delivery. Many attempts to find where it is in transit (never an answer) or ETA. They just say it's "en route" we will "escalate" your order. Buzzword. I asked for them to escalate a refund, but was told I had to receive the order first. Then ship it back to them. Meanwhile they have my money and I have nothing. I better not be "accidentally" in a replenishment of brushhead scam as I've read about in these complaints! I ordered a bundle. THATS ALL! GR415177. Also, fishy about where it's coming from...told originated in **, but faux tracking says Ecommerce in ILL, but company is in *******??

    I also had an issue with extremely late shipping with my initial order. I then started receiving extra grill brush heads and I requested them to stop and I didnt want anymore. Somehow I got signed up for an auto ship order, but it took me 3-4 times to finally make contact with them to stop the order. Im not ****** impressed with the product to begin with. It seems very expensive for what it is when you can purchase another brand for a fraction of the price.

    HORRIBLE Company! Placed an order for Father’s Day on JUNE 6th, 2023 & didn’t receive the order until JULY 14th, 2023! They even sent out an email asking people not to give them bad reviews on Facebook (before the order was ever even shipped) because they were doing their best to get orders out. They should have let people know how long it would actually take to receive their orders or mark their items as sold out, once they reached the limit of what they could keep up with.

    I agree with you that we should have been proactive with the delays.  We thought we were going to be able to catch up, but had a snowball of orders that we could not keep up with.

    We have added more staff in every department to handle any increases we will have in the future to avoid this.

    This company has a lot to learn about customer service. I ordered on 6/12 as a gift, based on stated shipping arrival of 5-7 business days I expected it the next week. After multiple emails reassuring me that it would be "slightly delayed", "arriving in the next few days" , "arriving shortly" I called BS and told them to just be honest. To their credit, they did throw in a choice of free item, but it still didn't arrive until 7/15, over a month from order date. To make matters worse, they use DHL which is horrible about updating tracking so I had no idea where the order stood. The product is a good one based on previous experience, but gaslighting about arrivals instead of just being honest about delays is a terrible customer service strategy. I thought I was doing them a favor ordering directly, but if I ever order again I will order from Amazon and have it in 2 days with no nonsense.
