NO CALL, NO SERVICE. In the past, Ive had issues with getting service. Once I get it, its usually okay. This past week, during a heat wave, AC broke and it was 90 upstairs. It took 3 hours to get a live person and it was someone overseas who I could barely understand. They eventually took my $100 deductible. Said they filed it as an emergency given the heat wave. STILL NO SERVICE PERSON assigned and NO CALL 4 DAYS LATER. I have 8 people and 5 pets at home. !!!! This is horribly unacceptable!!

DO NOT USE THIS HOME WARRANTY SERVICE!!! Company name is a "misnomer" because it is far from a "CINCH" to get assistance from their customer ********************** department once you get to talk to someone. We have been trying to get a dishwasher replaced AND installed since June 6, 2022. Lousy customer **********************. After ********************** got the $150 payment, we have received non-working phone numbers, appt set for *********************** of an appliance not yet shipped, at least 8 phone calls to Cinch with a wait time of *****+ minutes, lied to about services they were to provide and general information. We now have an unistalled dishwasher that we have been instructed to contact someone to install it and pay for out of pocket because the $75 installation credit has not been received 12 business after it was supposedly mailed. Now trying to cancel account with Cinch and basically told someone else has to do the cancellation. Very discussed, dissatisfied, unhappy with their system of operations! I just hope that all of my recorded phone calls are reviewed by Cinch administration who will work to make their system easier and more Customer Friendly (their customer ********************** personnel are for the most part courteous) for future customers.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. I've been waiting over a month for a claim on my fridge to be resolved because the freezer stopped working. Customer ********************** is a joke.

I was lied to about my warranty! I had payed my monthly payment for 4 years. My washer has been broke since April it's now July. I had five repair people it can't be fixed. I was told the part was discontinued and my warranty didn't cover. I was treated rude by everyone I talked too for weeks. I cancelled them and now they are asking for a $150.00 cancellation fee. They have the worst customer ********************** I have EVER seen. Please do not use them!!!!

They charge the deductible for the service before you receive that service. You can never get a live person to talk to when you need one. Ive been trying to get in touch with someone for an appointment they took money for and never showed up to for 3 weeks. Ive called, emailed, used the online chat feature and the text feature and have no received any response. Dont waste your time, money or precious energy b/c it takes all of these things to work with this company.

Worst company ever! Reschedule without telling you and it takes weeks to diagnose any problem. I hope I can cancel in the middle of the year - total waste of money.

Rating Zero, 0 out of 5 stars. Beware. they are terrible. POOR! customer **********************, only interested in taking your money. Refused to cancel my policy after I requested several time. I had to make four lengthy calls for before they told me that they were not covering my item. terrible, I was disconnected twice, left on hold once where representative never returned.

Horrible company. Good luck finding someone who cares, if you even get someone on the phone. Been without A/C for 5 weeks with nothing but empty promises. They should be shut down! I'm so mad and frustrated that they get their money but don't have to do anything to earn it!

I originally purchased my home insurance policy with CountryWide back in 2008. Great service with them. They then changed to Cinch. Horrible company. My deductible went from $85 to $150 without notification. I needed my garage door opener repaired and was directed to file the claim online. The online site cut me off as I was completing the form. I called several times and went through the long automated process and placed on hold for long periods of time until someone answered. Once I had a human online, I was only able to get a few words in before being disconnected. This happened four times. I finally had to say "Cancel Service" during the automated process to immediately be connected to a person. The customer ********************** person apologized and said that they would connect me with a service person. After holding for another 57 minutes, the service person answered and I was disconnected again. I spent over four hours trying to file my service claim. I finally went online and found a "cancel policy" tab. DONE!

The previous company name was CrossCountry and not CountryWide
