      Not at all a good home warrenty company , my a/c unit went out while living in ********* , its 118 degrees outside. Inside our home was 95 degrees . We called did a claim and they sent someone out that said the Motor needed to be fixed and the guy supposedly fix the motor we really don't know. We told him that the compressor needed to be fixed , They kept giving us a runaround acting like they couldn't find one. My husband was in the house and our children , our youngest daughter suffered her skin was peeling. She was throwing up sick and she got a fever. We was really suffering and they only offer us about $1200 payout. We need a new AC unit and $1200 is not enough. This Warranty company is not good. We are still waiting On them to fix our refrigerator, they sending somebody out. They gave a lame excuse why the refrigerator Couldn't get fixed. They need to replace our refrigerator.

      This home warranty services do not respond to emergency situtations very well. My AC broke down last Sunday. I called Cinch home services and asked for tech to come within 24 hours (Extreme heat - ******* degrees in *****). They scheduled me on Sept 5th for technician to come. I am NOT waiting for two weeks! I had to call outside contractor to send a technician to come to my place on Monday. I was told by outside contractor that I need a new AC unit and furnace (inside). It costed me $13,500 to replace the whole unit. Cinch home service did NOT do their services properly when it comes to an emergency. Cinch costed me $13k for new unit. I called the customer ********************** to ask for refund (been a member for 8 years). Unfortunately they cannot give me my money back within 8 years. I'm VERY disappointed in CINCH HOME SERVICES. I STRONGLY not recommend this company to cover your home warranties. VERY disappointed customer here...

      first of all a 9 hour service wi dow is a whole day off work, only to find out THEY DID NOT COME! No call or text, the sent an email at the end of the day to my husband with a new date for sevice...2 WEEKS LATER... also we have had to rent a refrigerator. Awful awful service service, just awful!not a happy customer *************************

      Terrible customer **********************, I opened a ticket for refrigerator service on 7/22/2024. I'm still on waiting on a repair company to service it. at first, Cinch provided a company that didn't exist of wouldn't answer any phone calls. I lost a week trying to contact that company. After ten days of waiting, I called customer **********************, they scheduled ***** Service for July 29th. ***** didn't show or bother notifying that they couldn't make. I was rescheduled for August 8, then for August 14 and now for August 22nd. Its going to be a month with a broken refrigerator that is if ***** bothers to show. You have to admit that to have a customer waiting for a month with a broken refrigerator is terrible customer **********************. they also make it real difficult to cancel the contract. they have no problem collecting a termination fee, even with the terrible customer ********************** Heber Z

      Cinch home warranty company is awful. The customer ********************** is terrible. They promised a refund of $ owed to me and they will not refund it. Buyer beware this company is a scam that will take your $ I've spent countless hours on the phone 5 different times each time they promised refund of the year I paid in advance they will not refund $ don't trust this company.

      It has been 31 days since my refrigerator hasn't worked. Cinch has gave me the run around by pushing to different people, I have spent over 12 hours on the phone with no satisfaction. They will come out tomorrow to maybe fix it, who knows. I told them I wanted my $100 deductible back because refrigerator not fixed, then I told them I wanted to cancel my warranty plan. Now they want $ ***** to do this, poor customer ********************** all around and fridge no fixed. This isn't a reputable company to deal with, I spent over$400 for ice, you are wasting your money with their service plan

      On our first service request with this new plan through Cinch, the technician they sent did not have the proper equipment to provide the service we needed. We had to call a SECOND technician from a different company who completed the service within 10 minutes. We requested Cinch Home Warranty to either give our deductible back or pay for the second technician. They have refused both. This company uses low end technicians and companies to provide service to their customers THEN when the work cannot be completed or is done inadequately, Cinch DOES NOT STAND BEHIND who they send and the customer is out the monthly cost of the plan, the cost of the deductible (******) and the cost for the QUALITY technician (******) to do the job right.

      Worst company ever! After taking my $150 deductible, they refused to fix my AC.It works but stopped cooling and just needed freon. They stated it was a preexisting problem. I called to have them send someone out the day it stopped cooling. I canceled my membership and will never use them again.Horrible customer ********************** even after speaking with a supervisor.

      My client is *******************************, living a *********************************************************. When she closed on her condo I purchased a home warranty from Cinch. In July she had a problem with her **. Cinch sent out a contractor from *****, ** which is almost 2 hours away from her condo. The contractor could not fix the problem and referred her to a person she could never get ahold of. The temps in July were extremely hot and my client is elderly. I called Cinch and they authorized an emergency contractor. My client chose a contractor and he fixed the ** problem. She had to pay $104.00 for that service in addition to a Cinch copay of $100. I helped her file the claim for the $104.00 reimbursement and faxed it to Cinch. To date, she had not been credited for the $104.00.As I am a Realtor, I want my clients well taken care of. Unfortunately, once I get this resolved I will be cancelling the Cinch home warranty and getting her a reputable company that sends out contractors in our local service area. Telephone service with Cinch is not help

      *****ZERO STARS*****Absolutely terrible service. Had air-conditioning break down Friday night and even found a vendor who could do the repair but the dispatch team is unreachable and customer ********************** is not allowed to contact them. What sort of scam is this? All I needed was the dispatch team to authorize the repair through the vendor I found and pay for the service. My 2 kids under 2 had to suffer for this abhorrent service. Will be looking for a new service provider immediately.
