      So disappointed with our home warranty. After getting our washer issues resolved - only took about 2 months - our dryer stopped heating consistently. Went through the warranty process, which took almost 3 months from start to finish, and it was not resolved fairly or to our satisfaction. At this point, however, we were tired of going to the laundromat. We have a gas dryer, and not all companies service them. The company that was sent to service the dryer - ***** - was ridiculous. The tech was sent a ******* video to help diagnose the problem. A ******* video to diagnose a gas dryer issue! Made us feel very comfortable...note the sarcasm!!!Finally, a replacement dryer was approved. Although we were told by ****** and it was written on the delivery ticket that the delivery company would install the dryer, that was not the case. Although I located several companies in our areas to install our dryer for a cost of $170-$250, CINCH could not locate a company to install our dryer. I asked that CINCH cover the cost of installation...I would pay and just wanted to be reimbursed. All they would offer was a $75 installation credit. After days of back and forth, I went with a local company, paid the cost and received the $75 installation credit.This company is a joke! They collect their warranty fee and make it impossible for customers to get reliable service in a timely manner. When they cant make arrangements for the service, they refuse to "make it right" and cover the cost. Run...do not purchase a warranty from this company!!! I would give them zero stars, but it's not an option!

      Horrible service. On hold for hours and then they put you on hold after picking up and then the line hangs up. Callbacks are few and far in between. I've been without air conditioning for 3 days in 100F tempts. The extended warranty has been verified but the tech has not ordered the part. I truly am looking for another all home warranty service. Avoid this company at all cost. ***** name is not of value anymore.

      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY, EVER!!!! WE PAID THEM FAITHFULLY FOR 12 YEARS AND WHEN WE NEEDED HELP WITH OUR FAILING **** THEY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF HELPING US AND ALSO TO GET OUT OF PAYING FOR ANYTHING!!! IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET AHOLD OF THEM!! THEN IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET SERVICE. THEN WE HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS TO LEARN PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE REPAIRMAN ******* DETERMINED THE **** NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, SO THEY CLOSED THE CLAIM ON THEIR END. BUT, CINCH STILL CLAIMED ***** WAS WAITING ON PARTS!!! MY HUSBAND AND I SPENT OVER 15 HOURS EACH ON THE ***** (MOSTLY ON HOLD - SOMETIMES FOR TWO HOURS WAITING TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH, AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING.AND DIDNt CARE!!) TRYING TO SORT THROUGH THIS MESS BECAUSE BOTH COMPANIES REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE OTHER!!! WHEN WE FINALLY GOT CINCH TO AGREE TO REPLACE OUR ****.WITHOUT GIVING US ANY OPTIONS ON THE REPLACEMENT, THEY SENT US AN EMAIL STATING THEY WERE REPLACING OUR ($6000) JENN AIR **** WITH A WHIRLPOOL (A MUCH LESSER GRADE) ****!! THIS WHIRLPOOL **** RETAILS FOR $1100!! WHEN I INSISTED REPLACE OUR **** WITH ANOTHER JENN AIR **** OF EQUAL VALUE. THEY INSISTED THEY DID NOT HAVE TO SUPPLY US ANOTHER JENN AIR ****,, NOR AN **** OF EQUAL VALUE. SAID THAT THEY NEED ONLY REPLACE IT WITH AN **** WITH COMPARABLE FEATURES!! THEN, A DELIVERY (COMPANY CALLED TO SAY THAT THEY WERE DELIVERING OUR ****. WHEN I TRIED TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WOULD WE INSTALLING IT AND HAULING AWAY MY OLD UNIT, THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE DOING THAT BECAUSE CINCH DID NOT PUT THAT ON THE SERVICE ORDER!! AFTER SPENDING ANOTHER 4 HOURS ON HOLD WITH CINCH, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND AND PAY A COMPANY TO HOOKUP THE **** AND HAUL THE OLD ONE AWAY!! ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH STILL WE STARTED OUR CLAIM WITH CINCH AND OUR **** STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.AND BECAUSE WE LIVE IN A RURAL AREA, WE STILL HAVE NOT FOUND ANYONE TO INSTALL AND HAUL AWAY OUR EXISTING ****!!! *** * *****!!

      Dont use Cinche. Not worth the time required to request a claim. I was on hold for 5 hours before I gave up. I tried again the next business day and I finally was connected to someone after 4 hours. All of this because their online request tool didnt work. Regretting my decision to us this company.

      Horrible Company to Work With!!!!!My A/C Unit on my home broke in August-2021. I placed a claim and paid the $125 deductible. The Service Company added Freon. The problem persisted and place a follow-up appointment. After 3 additional service calls the service company ordered a TRX valve was ordered and installed in October-2021. I live in OH so A/C unit not in use for winter. In May-2022 the A/C unit still not operating. I called to follow up on claim and Cinch requested another $125 deductible for a problem they never fixed. After waiting hours on hold to speak with a customer ********************** rep I was finally able to escalate to a manager to waive the $125 since defect was never fixed.The new service company recommended a new A/C unit. This was denied and the compressor was replaced in June-2022. In July-2022 the unit broke again and have no A/C during very high heat for days. The service company again recommended a new A/C unit. Cinch recommends changing the compressor again.Enough is enough. The band-aid approach is working for less than a month. Cinch is a negligent company and will deny replacement until you give up and just buy a new unit. I believe Cinch has inappropriately denied my claim as the unit continues to fail. This creates a safety concern for my family and pets as we have been many days without A/C. Cinch has no sense of urgency in helping to resolve issues.The customer ********************** is beyond horrible. I was on hold for 90 min and the service rep disconnected the call. I called back and they disconnected me again after 90 min again. I have been on hold today for over 4 hours for the same issue. It is nearly impossible to reach customer **********************. I would give the company 0 star rating.

      Worst company i have ever dealt we bought our home warranty with this back in February 2022. Made payment every month till now. Our Garbage disposal was not working tried to file the claim got run around online. Tried to call them 3 times was put on hold for an hour all three time after holding for an hour call dropped all three time. left the call back number still waiting for a call.

      Insanely frustrated with Cinch. We've had HVAC issues (newer units) and the most recent was approx 2 months ago, our heat pump wasn't starting up. After filing a claim and paying, Cinch sends a company out that didn't really address the issues. He stated our home was possibly built wrong and filled another unit with nitrogen to do a leak test then canceled their end of the claim. Company #2 comes out and suggests a new heat pump unit (through warranty). 5 weeks go by, no new unit and Cinch is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. Finally got someone through social media who showed concern and urgency and asked us to get quotes from local techs etc. We followed through and Cinch ghosted us yet again. We're going on 2+ months with no AC and average indoor temps in the high 80's. Multiple HVAC "companies" have been out and every one says something different and Cinch has no manpower to help address the concerns. Stay away from Cinch, far far away!!!!!!!!!

      They made me pay $110 to schedule service before finding out they would not fix kitchen water leak because I did not know if it was the dishwasher or sink. I am not a plumber. Would only refund me $100 and I had to email them to remind them because they didn't refund me. Had to hire a plumber on my own. My AC went out two days ago. The first they will even come look at it is in 2 weeks. I cannot sleep (third floor) or work from my office (second floor) on the top two levels of my house because it is 100 degrees. It takes over 5 minutes just to get through the automated answering machine just to talk to an agent. The wait time is then usually over an hour. I now have to hire someone to fix my AC and Im sure that will be over $1000 dollars. Do not use this company it is absolutely terrible. I have no idea why my real estate agent had the seller purchase this, it is a joke of a company. You will not get any help when needed.

      I have attempted to get my HVAC either repaired or replaced since May to no avail. In ******* we have had record summer temperatures and I still have not had my HVAC challenge resolved. Each time I call I get the run around, different numbers to call to check on the job status, but no one knows what's going on with resolving my issue, they are aware of the medical condition of my daughter and the urgency to get my HVAC system functioning again, but they don't care. I'm not a valued customer they just want my monthly payment, this is not an honorable company. When you call make sure to set aside no.less than 2 hours of your precious time.
