      I had my AC unit stop working on a Sunday morning during one of the worst heat waves in *********, i thought i was going to be OK since i have and pay for a home warranty through Cinch Home services. But that false sense of security was short lived, first thing they schedule a tech to come out 15 days out from when i called, i Called back soon after getting a confirmation email from the service company, i call back Cinch and they start with the excuses, please call us back tomorrow because we cant find anybody that works on the weekend, had a bad feeling about it so i immediately go to home depo and buy a portable AC Unit. I call Monday morning and they find someone else to come out that i had to call myself. I call and they tell me they are a week out before they could help me not acceptable so i call back and they tell me that they already called and that is the best they can do. We finally get them to come out on Friday,, (Average temp in ***** is 117 that week house is at 99 degrees) they make their technical assessment and send it back to Cinch, at this point i would guess they get it and move on as quickly as possible because they are so concerned about my situation, and boy was i wrong every step forward was fallowed by 48hrs of review by cinch and no solution 8 days without AC and they are still not doing anything to resolve my issue. Pets are suffering family is isolated to bedroom with Portable AC unit to survive, and Cinch no sigh of urgency to help out.they kept directing me to the wedsite for answers that was not once updated. I could not go any longer without AC and dealing with people that had no problem charging me every month but when i needed the service i paid for dis absolutely nothing, I take that back they refunded me the money for the temp unit that i bought cause i had a bad feeling about this company, i broke down called a ********** had them out the next day and installed a brand new unit on my roof the next day. Cinch Did nothing.

      Cinch is a scam. Submitted claim for AC repair on 8.12.24. Their *** provider provided diagnosis and est to Cinch on 8.13.24. Cinch denied the claim without notifying me the customer. On ****************************** give approval for ME to find another svc provider and to provide Cinch with copy of est and diagnosis. I submitted said docs 4 time and got CONFIRMING emails from Cinch that docs were recvd. Every time I followed up with Cinch by phone, customer svc said docs were not recvd AND refused to let me speak with anyone in claims. I finally gave up and had my own provider do the work ($1425+) out of my pocket. Cinch would not cancel my contract before 9.28.24 expiration date even though I feel the contract is null and void due ro their non performance.

      I have been trying to get my refrigerator freezer which was leaking and getting snow over everything inside since July. Someone came on July 23 but the freezer leaked the next day. I then had appointments which they auto scheduled for July 31, August *******,and 28 which were all no shows. I got no texts , no email or calls about why dates were changed. I called after each no show and got various lies. I finally decided to cancel but I was told that I cant get my $100 deductible back for a job that they didnt complete. Also the phone service is very difficult to navigate to talk to a human. All **** read the same script. This is a very disappointing service since the original ***** warranty was great. So sad! **** *.

      Will not solve my refrigerator problem. Been waiting since June ****** it is not August 29, 2024. Paid for services that they will not honor. Keep sending me ***** tech person who doesn't seem to know how to solve the problem. ***** doesn't even communicate when they have an appointment set up. Have called Cinch at least 10 times to only get the run around about replacing my refrigerator. Did cancel my plan but the problem not being solved is still an open case. Buyer beware as they do not honor your money you paid for insurance.

      Cinch Home Service had AC unit replaced by US *************************** 9/8/2019. The system is now leaking water and I have called on Cinch Home Services to assist getting this problem resolved. I have been trying to get this resolved since July 2. 2024. In the meantime, I paid $150.00 deductible to Cinch Home Service for this job. The first agency referred to resolve this issue never showed up and won't answer the phone. The second agency diagnosed the problem and never returned to complete the job. I called Cinch Home Service again for assistance and was told to contact the manufacture who replaced the system, since it is still under warranty. I called them, *****************************, and told that there is no record of this installation. It appears that it is useless to contact Cinch Home Service again. The customer ********************** person was not able to connect me to a supervisor the several times that Cinch Home Service was called.I would like to be reimbursed my $150 deductible, which is requested whenever a job is needed; reimbursement for the remain year, from July to November, 2024. I prevent water damages to my home, I will be hiring another agency to make repairs.

      If I could give this no stars, I would!!!! We have had this to 2 years, just scheduled a repaid for a dryer, no show!!!! Called 5 times! They wont help! They said it is a third party repair and cannot get in contact with them, only send a message to them. Waited 8 hours!!!!! Was promised they would call by 5:00 ( They close at 5:00! ) Liars, dont believe a thing they say! Such a RIP OFF!!!! You cannot contact ***** direct ( where we took the warranty out with). As you can see from the 1.3 rating, they have done this to many people!!! Please be smart! Dont use them!

      Worse experience I have ever been through. Put in a claim for my AC unit not working in May of 2023. Finally got a replacement in March of 2024 and it has not worked all summer and yesterday I was told by another company that my new unit needs a new compressor. Cinch is telling me that since my first claim was in 2023, I am outside of my 180 product guarantee. It wasn't installed until March of 2024! Customer ********************** is a joke and never provides the correct information. On multiple occasions I have been put on hold for 25+ minutes while they "look at my account information" only to have the call drop on their end. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

      Horrible service! My family has been waiting for two months to get their air unit replaced, 98 degrees in *****. They do not value their customers and every 3-5 business days we are told to wait there is no report to be found or still waiting approval. Not to mention the case manager ****** **** never providing an update or able to get a hold of her. We were just told again we are waiting review processed in 3-5 days. Whats a review I asked the escalated representative **** had no answers. I have never been treated this way and the lack of empathy and professionalism was beyond understanding. Constantly getting the run around. This should have never gotten to this point or take as long as it has

      This is indeed a nightmare for me and my family! I opened a ticket for my split AC cooling and heating system on 07/06/24 with NO sign of any form of resolution in sight as of today, 08/23/24! I have called them multiple times in a day with no resolution, every customer service representative has given me different answers to the same question that I asked them about and the worst was on Wednesday, 8/21/24 I spoke with a rep that said they’re waiting for me to accept my part of the payment which I had since 8/1/24 and when I told her to look again that I had done that since, she then lied to me that the service provider will come on 08/22/24 to complete the work which of course never happened as I didn’t get a confirmation email and text to that effect. This is sooo BAD! Myself and family are being treated very poorly by this company by staying in our home without AC in the peak of summer heat and now wondering when it’s going to be fixed! The worst is every representative will tell you that they’re the supervisor if you ask to speak with one thereby not getting the concern resolved! I know they’re trying to frustrate me to the point of canceling my plan but I will not until this problem is resolved either by fixing it or by replacing it just as the service provider has advised them.
