I am writing to file a formal complaint against Office Depot regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience Ive had with a ****** the manager at this location is very rude and has poor customers skills. He has a lazy nasty attitude and never want to help customers answers question with short smart remarks. He is not approachable. ***** this store like a plague. If I could put ZERO starts I would.Office Depot, Inc.

The General Manager of the store, *****, has spoken with the customer regarding this matter. A $2.49 credit for the finishing services was applied on the same day the order was submitted. Additionally, another credit for the remaining balance in the amount of $49.70 has been issued. We have advised the customer to allow 3-5 business days for this credit to reflect within their account, as this is in accordance with the card issuing bank's internal processing guidelines.

I placed a pick up order for a printer. Unfortunately, there was a change in my schedule and I am no longer need the printer from that location. I assumed they would follow their own policy of refunding after 5 days of non-pick up. Instead it has been 3 weeks now and they marked it picked up on the day it was ordered. ***. There was even a follow up email timestamped a week after the order asking me to pick up so clearly it is still at the store. They just won't cancel the order and refund the money. Reaching out to their staff is useless. They just deny and ask me to call someone else. I'm about to file a chargeback. Such a sad excuse for a company creating unnecessary problems for everyone.Office Depot, Inc.

Poor service and didnt receive my order I tried to place an order for business cards print out online. My order was not placed. I called the customer service and no answer. I went to the store and placed the order. I received an ************ morning I received an email that my order was canceled. I went to the store again to find out it was canceled because I didn't pay for the order. I was not asked to pay. Also why was I handed the invoice if payment is a requirement? Anyway I paid for the order and I was promised that it will be ready by 6 pm and I will receive an email.I did not receive an email that it is ready. I called the store and they constantly put me on hold. I was leaving in the evening for an event for which I needed my business cards which I did not receive. I was promised a refund by customer service and never received it. After my ****** review the store manager called me and was extremely defensive. I told him my calls and emails were never answered. He asked me to keep visiting the store as many times as possible. He said it was a miscommunication just because I was speaking nicely. Honestly I do not care about a $12 refund but the attitude is absolutely unacceptable.Office Depot, Inc.

I ordered $150 of printer ink to be delivered because I live 45 miles from the nearest office supply store. OD used some hot mess express called "VEYER" to allegedly deliver my ink. IT NEVER ARRIVED. There is literally no way to receive assistance on the Veyer site. You can't get a human on the Live Chat through Office Depot. I sat on hold for AN HOUR trying to reach a human after being disconnected by their ridiculous automated system 3 times! THREE TIMES! I'll order from Amazon from now on. They actually make sure things arrive and don't give you grief if it doesn't and they have to cancel the order.Office Depot, Inc.

I am very frustrated! I am a teacher and made a purchase for a printer that was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service right away to let them know that the item had not been deliver to my address. **************** told me to wait until the next day in case the item would be delivered throughout the day. I lost a day of work and prepping . Next day customer service sends me proof with an image that they delivered to the wrong address. Then they refuse to send me a replacement unless I pay for the printer upfront. I do not have those extra funds to pay for another printer. I teach in a low income Head Start Program that serves very low income community. No sympathy at all. Very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of sensitivity and understanding from ******* the supervisor and *****.Office Depot, Inc.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with Office Depot. I placed an order which initially did not go through, prompting me to authorize the transaction and place the order again. Later that day, the original order was unexpectedly processed, resulting in duplicate orders.When I contacted customer service to cancel one of the orders, I was informed that I would need to wait for both orders to arrive, return the items, and then wait an additional 5-7 days for a refund. I was also told there was no way to contact the warehouse to cancel the order, even after a tracking number had been issued. This process is highly inconvenient and inefficient, leading to a significant waste of time and effort on my part.This situation has caused considerable frustration and inconvenience. I hope Office Depot will review and improve its order processing and customer service procedures to prevent such issues in the future.Office Depot, Inc.

Nevertheless, the customer will receive a $25.00 gift card via email within ***** hours for the issue caused. Ordered an office chair online and paid an extra $15 for it to be put together. I got a text message and an email saying that it was ready. An hour later I showed up and it was still not put together. I told them to just give it to me because I was on my lunch break. They didn't even bother to put all the pieces in the box. Now I have to go back and get the rest of the pieces..... Total clown show at this organization. Recommend going to Amazon or Temu.Office Depot, Inc.

Absolutely terrible! I purchased a commercial quality desk for over $1000. I unloaded the desk and what I assume is the top looked like it was bent. I opened the cardboard just enough to see the condition and there were 2 huge cracks across the whole piece. It was so severe that the Styrofoam packing was stuck in the crack. For 3 1/2 weeks all I get is automated replies. I sent them pictures of the damage in the beginning and now they lost them and want them again. They are also asking for part numbers which I have no idea. I have a bad feeling I just paid $1000 for fire *********** learned... purchase a desk from an actual office furniture store not a big box store.Office Depot, Inc.

I handle an online merchandise store for a band. Ive bought supplies from Office Depot for years. I quit buying paper, binders, ink and basic office supplies about 7 years ago. Other stores are much cheaper, and the products are much higher quality. I quit buying the ***** Address and Shipping labels about 2 years ago as the Office Depot price had increased and wasnt competitive anymore. Last year I only bought #0 Bubble Mailers and #6 envelopes. I ordered the same Office Depot Item Numbers for the #0 Bubble Mailers and #6 envelopes online in April 2024. When I got them neither item was the same as 2023. The #0 Bubble Mailer was normally 6.75 in x *****, but the new #0 showed 6 in x 9 in on the box. The 6 in x 9 in was the outside dimensions of the mailer, but the usable space was very tight to get 1 CD inside let alone a DVD. I could get 2 CDs or 1 each CD and DVD in the older mailers. The #6 envelopes with the same item number as 2023 were of a much lower quality. They were thinner and the adhesive strip was smaller and didnt go the edges as before. I have to use tape to make sure the envelopes dont open in transit. This will be my last purchase at Office Depot.Office Depot, Inc.

On or about June 14,2024 I took my memory stick to Office Depot at ***************************************************************** to have divorce documents printed. A week later I needed the memory stick for another project and realized that the employee at Office Depot that printed my documents did not return my memory stick to me. This is the second time that this happened to me at this store, there will not be a third, you lost my business. The young female manage told me that someone had accidently wiped the documents on my drive by accident when they were given my memory stick and not there's. Long story short I asked the female manage of the printing station to dump the box of memory sticks that they had which had not been returned to customers. The manager to her credit did find my memory stick and the documents where still on it.I had a real problem with the fact that the young female manager kept saying im not happy with your tone lower your voice. She kept trying to make the incident about me and my attitude instead of her and her employing not returning thumb drives to their customers. You sell thumb drives so it is in your best interest not to return them to the customers so that they are forced to purchase a new one. Your manage owes me an appology! Yes, I raised my voice and had an attitude! I offer no appology for my behavior which was appropriate for the situation. I want Office Depot to give back the memory sticks that they take from their customers. I want an appology from the print manager and her employee's.Office Depot, Inc.
