      I've been trying to reach an employee in the ************** office for over an hour. Noone answers the phone. The employee I've been trying to reach is my husband. I never call or go in there, because I don't want to bother him at work. However, his Aunt just passed. Way to go Office Max in **************. I'll NEVER shop there.

      I placed an order with ODP, their corporate buisness, and have had the worst experience.Their delivery driver threw my box and broke my items so I called customer service to get them replaced. She had no care and ignored my complaint against the driver.She said I would have to exchange the broken items but Gave me no instructions on how to, and when I called back, they had no clue what I was talking about and had to place another return !Come the next day, I notice 2 of my items are missing from that package. So now I've been on hold with customer service for about 1 hour while they try to figure out what's going on.They said they need to credit my account and refund it...why can't they just send me my replacements ?? Why do they make it so difficult? The packages also have little to no protection, there was no bubble wrap. Only a few of those puff bags.This has been a horrible experience overall. I would never consider ordering again from ODP or Office Depot after this.

      I had planned to write this review back in August when I visited store #110 on Nova Road but never got around to doing it. I called the store today with a simple question and the rudeness of the person I spoke with reminded me of my in-store experience back on July29th. So I decided to write this review even though it occurred 2.5 months ago. I came into the store on Nova Road to return a pack of labels, purchase a few items and make copies using the self serve option. A black man of medium build processed my return and when I asked him where a particular item was located he told me to wait a minute and he would accompany me to the items' location. I asked again to just point me in the right direction - I don't need help getting it - just need to know where to find it. He responded to that 2nd request telling to just wait a minute and he would help me. So I waited.. then he led me to the 1st item I needed and then to the 2nd item. He never handed the items to me. He held onto them acting like he believed I was going to steal something. I thanked him again and held out my hand to recieve the 2 items while making a reference to needing to make copies next. He then said, "You need to pay for these two items before you make any copies. I was very insulted and matters didn't improve when the copier froze and I reluctantly had to ask for his assistance with a paper jam. He was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in your stores. I asked another employee who the man was and was told he was .... ya ready... he was the Manager. Horrible manager.. Horrible experience. Thank you for reading.

      selling very bad quality office chair was made over seas bought one and the leather start peeling in 2 weeks later and they refuse to return the say i have to call whoever made it ! by the way the chair was made in vitnam !!! I dont recommend this business

      On October 16, 2022 my **********Law, who is deaf, went to the OfficeMax/Office Depot located at ******************************************************************* to ***** a one (1) page document ,consisting of a vehicle title,to my home in *********,** for her husband who is staying with me. The referenced store then charged her $141.09 for the 2 (one ) page document to be sent via *****. I personally contacted the store supervisor who informed me that this charge is customary for a package shipped from their location to ************ on a priority basis! What a shame to take advantage of a handicapped woman who needed assistance!!

      I purchased 6 red velvet chairs only they are not red velvet - they are a cheap, woven polyester. when I contacted them for a return, they told me they weren't eligible. After more than an hour and a half of calls and chats, I was told that they would contact the vendor for the return and would get back to me within 24 hours. That didn't happen so I chatted again to be told that the return wasn't put through because they couldn't confirm with me. The chat agent told me it was done and I'd be contacted in 24 hours. To blame the customer for something ********************** controls is ridiculous. They now have more than $2000 of my money for chairs that are not as described. Good thing I have screenshots of their problem areas. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.After the 2nd chat, their supervisor told me to wait another 24 hours and he was certain someone would get back to me. I think it is another way to put me off. I will have to file a chargeback with my credit card company because they clearly don't care if their descriptions are right or wrong and they clearly won't assist in a return once they have your money.

      Store #*** My mother purchase some HP ink from this store. The print gave an error message when she put it into the printer. Because it was pass 30 days the store would not return it which was fine. So she bought more printer ink. They told her bring it back if there is still a problem (store manager ***************) The printer recognized the color ink but would not recognize the black. The error message said that it was in the wrong slot which is impossible so there must a defect in the circuit that recognizes the black cartridges. We put the old cartridges in and there was no problem therefore it was am problem with the new cartridge. Take the ink back to the store the same day it was purchased. The store manager acted as if they had not talked this morning and then accused her of using the ink and returning it. WE ALREADY HAVE A SET OF INK THAT WAS PASSED THE RETURN DATE. why would we keep coming back to the store unless there was a problem. What type of manager acts that way. Why tell her to bring it back if there is still a problem. It's one thing to say we don't accept returns on open ink; it's another to start accusing an 80 year woman.

      Wow, have never experienced such bad service EVER! This is the second time we have had issues with Office Depot, not the first. Ordered a credenza, tracking number we were given showed delivery on Tuesday. We stayed home to receive it and it never showed. The next day the tracking number showed pending. Called and they had no idea what was going on. Finally someone with a brain told us that they send their orders to a third party (***** last minute), and a number to contact them. Called and they could not find the order and when they finally found it, they said it would be seven(7) days; no tracking number was offered and on a Thursday afternoon (7days alter) A non-discript white van showed up to deliver. This time we ordered book cases and the same c*** is happening. I called and get someone in customer service stationed in *************** who tells me she really cant do anything, transfers me to a third party vendor of Office Depot and they tell me they do not have our order Ive done my last dealings with Office Depot . My husband and I have lost four days of work ($$$), no product has been delivered even tho Office Depot has our money and we still have no idea if we are gonna get what we already paid for or not!!! SPREAD THE ***** these guys are not reliable, not professional and def not someone you want to do business with.

      Purchased multiple Brother ink cartridges online for business. These specific toner cartridges are online exclusive, not offered in stores. When originally purchased, multiples were ordered to prevent us from running out again so we would have backups on hand as we learned this the hard way. I do not have the receipt nor are customer service reps able to pull up my order information. I was given the *********************************************** order to reach a resolution. When I originally tried making the return in store the manager was very apprehensive and rude like she didnt believe my story. After explaining to her multiple times, I was met with discerning judgmental looks. At one point she even pulled the cashier to the side and had a private conversation right in front of me as they whispered about what was going on. At this point I am beginning to feel disrespected. These are online exclusive items. Its not like they are available in store, so clearly they were purchased & not stolen so Im unsure where the shady behavior came from as it wasnt necessary or professional. I have called customer service multiple times only to be directed and transferred to multiple people whom all do not speak English as a primary language. Aside from the language barrier the background noise was so loud it was difficult to communicate with the representative which ultimately led me nowhere. Both times the same processes and scripts were read and same outcome as result. The information Ive been able to provide does not pull up anything in the system, in store or when I call. Ive tried multiple names, numbers, emails, etc of myself or other managers who the order could have been placed under. Regardless, no results. I understand without a receipt my options are limited. I am not asking for cash back or anything unreasonable or unethical. Store credit is fine as I planned to order more office supplies in the upcoming weeks. This has been a nightmare that Id like fixed.

      I placed online order for a carton of soap refill. The package arrived with soap leaking through carton box. The customer service opened a ticket and asked me to keep this smelly carton box. The second day, I received an email asking for photo. So I sent the photo. After that, no more communication from them after numerous phone calls (always ended ** in voice mail and no return calls ever) and emails.
