1 starOffice Depot is the worst Company I have ever bought from. Their Customer Service is horrible as well. I purchased items in December which has a 2 two delivery. The items never came after 5 days so I canceled the order and bought what I needed from a better Company. Low and behold I was then charged for the items that were never delivered. I called Customer Service and was told I would be related 3 to 5 business days later. That day came and went and I was never rebated. Fou days later my neighbor said my items were delivered at their house. But remember I canceled those items more than 10 days prior. I return the items to the store and are now being told they can't take them because they don't carry them in store. And was told to call customer service again. Customer service is terrible on the business end for companies to have to deal with this company. I was on the phone for over an hour all because you all didnt deliver paper. Really an hour for ***** dollars on copy paper. Totally unacceptable.Office Depot, Inc.

3 starsThe 2 people in the local store were excellent, but the cashier never attached my credit card payment to the order. It was not in stock. I received an email that my order was canceled. Again, not good customer service, just canceling my purchase. The local store could not fix the payment problem, I had to call your online call center to charge my card. I received another email the next day to call them. They used my delivery address for the billing address. This was corrected. The next day we were double charged for this item. I called again, after giving all the information, they could not understand or did not listen to the issue. I repeated. They concluded the conversation with sending me to another department. I had to leave a message. They never called me back. I called again. This time the original department made up a ticket for another department to call me back. They did. I had to give all my information again. They said they would correct the double posting after I the purchase was delivered to me. At this point, I have no faith that it will be corrected. I bought an HP Black Ink cartridge on Dec. 1, 2022 in ********, ** I didn't need it until this week and when I opened it, my printer told me it was defective.I got over to Office Depot in ******* (near ******* today.Apparently they have a return policy I was not aware of. All ink has to be returned within 30days.Of course I am one day late even though today and yesterday are government holidays.They would not give me a refund. I lost $41.I lost $41 on a defective ink cartridge but they lost a lifetime customer. I have been a customer of ********************** for ** years. No more. Target charges $33 for a black HP 564 cartridge. Maybe they did me a favor.Office Depot, Inc.

I ordered a expensive Epson printer that was apparently damaged from the start. I have older Epson printers that are not as high tech as this one so I thought maybe the odd noise that it was making might just be something I wasn't familiar with. After 4 days the printer stopped working and would only give me a error message every time I turned it on. After calling Epson and doing the troubleshooting for over a hour I was instructed to return the printer to Office Depot. I called the customer service number to tell them I needed to return the printer because ***** said it was a damaged printer I was told by customer service that they would not replace it with another printer and I would have to wait to be refunded then I could purchase another one. This printer was purchased to make business cards, holiday gift tags etc and this waiting game has caused me to loose business. It's been over 7 business days and Office Depot has still not returned the funds to my credit card. I have called my credit card company and they have no news of a refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a return and it has caused me to miss out on Black Friday sales I could have made on this printer with other businesses who sale the printer. I'm a bit upset with Office Depot.Office Depot, Inc.

1 starI ordered a gaming chair when they had a sale and it was put on backorder. I looked at all the stores around and saw they were out of stock. I understood and waited. However, two weeks later Office Depot runs another sale with same chair and all the stores are back in stock, yet my chair is still on backorder. I contacted customer service and they informed me that my chair ships straight from warehouse, which is out of stock. I asked how the stores were restocked then and he couldn't give me a straight answer. Just kept trying to cancel the order so I could go to the store and get one. The problem with this was that if I went to the store I wouldn't have got the sale price I purchased it for originally. Well over two months later I finally cancelled the backorder and now it has been three weeks and still no refund. Yet the order shows that it was cancelled.Review frommarie p

Bought Case of copy paper. Box arrived DAMAGED. Wet bottom had disintegrated & fallen out so 2 ***** of paper wet, mangled & destroyed. Store wouldnt help me because I bought paper on my Office Depot online account log in. Receipt or store has No phone # to talk to anyone. I had to used their web chat on the receipt. Disconnected twice. No service to resolve this issue.Stuck with damaged wet copy paper.Office Depot, Inc.

Purchased a product that had a pricing error. Office Depot didnt fulfill the order, instead they sent an email saying my items were shipped and returned. I wasnt refunded until I called and the amount refunded is less than what I paid. They only refunded me the item price and shipping, but not taxes. I wont be patronizing this company anymore.Office Depot, Inc.

I placed an online order for Viva Paper Towels and received a notification that the order would arrive the next day. The order never arrived as promised so I tracked the order and discovered the order had been returned. I called **************** and remained on hold for 56 minutes before connecting with a live representative. I was told the pricing received at the time of ordering was wrong and management canceled the order. After much discussion, they repeatedly refused to honor the discounted price. Ordered a bookcase 10/4/22 as part of a furniture set. This item needed to be shipped. Instead of bookcase, received a desk. Called to notify and was told the desk would be picked up and bookcase shipped. Desk was taken but bookcase never arrived. Status said "delayed". After much time waiting on phone with customer service, no one seemed to be able to determine what had happened to our item. Was told they would need to contact ******* and get back to us. Received an email stating item had been shipped as shown in attached photo. This photo was of the desk, mistakenly shipped. Back on the phone for an hour to go back through the whole scenario. Was promised the item had been re-ordered and would be received in 2 days. Later received an email saying shipment would now be 10 days. After 10 days, still hadn't received bookcase and no tracking number given to see what was going on. Spent an evening on the phone with customer service, with no answer as to where our bookcase was. We were promised twice that a supervisor would contact us within 30 minutes but this never happened. Called back in the morning and waited as usual to speak to someone. Eventually was told the item had left their warehouse, gone to the 3rd party shipper but item was sent back to the warehouse. No explanation as to what had happened. Item re-ordered with promise it would arrive within 10 days. I'm not expecting to see my item. If bookcase were not part of a set that we already have in our home, we would promptly cancel the item and buy elsewhere. Very frustrated.Office Depot, Inc.
