      The staff ant Solara Surfside openly discriminated against our family because we are LGBT. They refused to let my daughter join us for our family vacation on their property.

      I would give them a zero if I could. Totally disappointed in this company. We scheduled a vacation to ******* in March 2024 for a trip in October 2024. Then hurricane ****** hit and the ******* area was affected. We called the hotel and they said the beach and area around ************* had significant damage. We wanted to cancel our reservation but were told that we couldn't due to the clause in the agreement stating that we had to cancel within 30 days after scheduling the vacation. We have no idea when the area will be restored and we only have 6 months to reschedule. We don't want to reschedule during that time frame and they will not give us a refund. After calling them and holding for over an hour each time, when they finally answered, Bluegreen representative hung up on us.

      Just use my vacation points at the Marathon Resort which was supposed to be 75% off special but I didn't use the "stupid" code. So I do get the special. I looked every where for the code there isn't one. This company lies more than any lawyer could. Then they wonder why we won't buy more points. Now the Hilton bought them WISH THEY WOULD BUY MY FLIPPIN POINTS.

      Had no wifi no land line and it rained the whole time so we couldn't call them to reschedule the vist had to get refund for all the ticket we bought and we left a day early because of the hurricane we called them when we got home and they will not give us a refund. They will not give us a reimbursement, for leaving early they will not give us a rain Check to come on a different day they will not help you at all please do not do business with this company.The harassment at the two hour long convention was ridiculous

      Bluegreen is horrible!I have tried to cancel with Bluegreen directly, but they have been nothing but unhelpful and dishonest in their dealings with me, my maintenance fees started at $1,500 and now they have increased them to almost $4,000 and all of this for a service we are not able to enjoy due to their lack of availability.Bluegren told me that I would need to pay almost $10000 to cancel my timeshare. This is a very large amount of money to ask for, especially considering that my timeshare is completely paid off! $50k+ paid off only after owning it for roughly 14 months, thats how excited I was to have a "vacation club" Bluegreen should be refunding my money, not demanding more of it.I am frustrated with my current situation receiving bills from Pinnacle recovery. I want to deal directly with Bluegreen, the company that I initially entered into an agreement with. It is important for me to have a direct line of communication with bluegreen as they are the ones who hold the responsibility for my account.I expressed my desire to cancel the timeshare to Bluegreen on multiple occasions, but they wont help. I been taken advantage of by Bluegreen.I do not recommend Bluegreen to anyone!Sincerely,***** **********

      Bad Bad Bad!!!I regret buying Bluegreen as their standards for accommodation have gone for us to a new low!The air conditioners rattle! Some rooms are not air conditioned. The price has ************ two rooms we stayed in at the ********* this year there were cockroaches, Yes!! cockroaches!The last person I talked with on the phone I felt was threatening me because I voiced complaints about a resort!! ****** felt it his duty to completely repeat and repeat. He would monitor our complaints as if the customer should just be quiet???? Even if their were safety issues???? At a sales presentation my husband was referred to as an IDIOT!!!???? if we did not buy and I know after chatting with people at the pool that we are not the only ones this happens to!!! Obviously the ****** is putting up with this??????? I wish I could rate Bluegreen less than a 1! I see again we are not the only ones...................

      Our relationship with Bluegreen began on 11-4-22. My wife booked a 3-day stay at the Bluegreen Club 360 in *********, through her job at the Cabelas distribution center in ******, ****. She thought that Bluegreen was part of the ************************************ Trusting that connection, we believed Bluegreen would be dependable and honest. During the first two meetings, my wife's employment with Cabela's was mentioned, along with our belief that Bluegreen was owned by ******'s, yet no one corrected us. As part of the sales pitch, we were told we could transfer our points to *** since we arent really the type to lounge around at resorts. We werent informed about any fees associated with joining *** or when booking a trip through ***, and my wife and I prefer to explore the world rather than just relax by a pool, which is what most Bluegreen locations offer. After considering the *** system, we decided to purchase the smallest share available. The paperwork was prepared, a Bluegreen credit card was issued for the down payment, and we financed the remaining balance. We were also promised another stay at the Bluegreen 360 in ********* for training on how to use both the Bluegreen and ************ Given the repeated misrepresentations and unmet promises throughout our experience with Bluegreen, it has become clear that the contract we entered is fundamentally flawed due to the utterly dishonest salespeople. We were led to believe that our timeshare investments were sound and that we would have flexibility and value, only to face unexpected fees, misleading information, and a lack of support. Despite numerous attempts to address our concerns and rectify the situation, we have been met with dismissive responses and a lack of viable solutions. It is evident that our expectations were misaligned by what the salespeople told us and what the contract states, and we seek a resolution that allows us to move forward without further financial burden or disappointment.

      I am giving Bluegreen at most a 1-star rating, because they at least responded to my letter. We had a discussion with Customer Care Management ******** ******* which turned out to be a total waste of time. To make a long story short, she pretty much summarized in the email we received that because we have an outstanding balance, they cannot assist us. I guess this is their way of politely telling us to kick rocks and oh well. She completely ignored the fact that in my letter I mentioned that even though we were vocal we had no intention of purchasing anything during the sales presentation, that they were unpleasantly persistent and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Our experience at the resort does not justify the yearly maintenance fees we are currently paying. From malfunctioning equipment, amenities in disrepair, to the showers in the rooms at Paradise Point having missing or broken rock tile, which is a joke. If you go online and book a Bluegreen room, you can literally book for pennies on the dollar and not be tied to ownership. What we are paying is extortion. Don’t buy into their timeshare, it is not worth it at all.

      We are extremely disappointed with our ownership associated with the resort developer, Bluegreen. This has all been one gigantic *******. There has never been a point where any of the promises made by Bluegreen employees ever came to fruition. Even the promised meeting time always went over the promised time. To say that I am sick of Bluegreen would be a massive understatement. I am disgusted with this company. I want Bluegreen out of my life, and I demand that Bluegreen, due to its own failures to be an honest company, rescind our contract immediately. Our experience only highlighted the deceptive practices and misinformation that have characterized my dealings with Bluegreen sales. The lack of transparency, coupled with the pressure to make uninformed financial commitments, has led me to the conclusion that this contract was entered into fraudulently. During the closing, we were never told of our right to be able to get out of the contract within a specified number of days and when we got home, I thought what have I gotten myself into. The Public Offering Statement was also not disclosed, something that we later found out was a law violation of our consumer rights. Bluegreens notary service did not do its due diligence and it has cost us a fortune. We wrote to the company directly, and although they have reached out, we do not trust them, therefore we have consciously chosen to stick to written communication for our own protection. Dont do what we didthis is a major hassle, not to mention scam.

      Hello Better Business Bureau, We really need your help to cancel our Timeshare purchase. While on vacation in **********, *********, we faced a lot of pressure from the ******************** even took our licenses and wouldnt let us go until we signed the papers. We repeatedly told them that we were not interested and that we did not want to purchase a *********, but they did not listen. The pressure was unbearable, and we eventually gave in and made the purchase just to be able to leave. Now that we are back home and have had time to evaluate the situation, we realize that we made a mistake and want to cancel the purchase. However, the Timeshare representatives are not cooperating and keep telling us that it is not possible to cancel. Wewere super pressured into purchasing the Timeshare and our rights as consumers were violated. We did not want to buy, but we were not given a choice. Now, we are stuck with a purchase we do not want and cannot afford. Is there a way to help us? Thank you, ********* and ** **********
