1 starAbsolutely horrible customer service. We went to the timeshare presentation. The man giving the information said no pressure coming into buy you can walk out if its not for you so when we went to our separate little tables to talk to the next representative I was open and said this isnt for our family we will not be buying any timeshare. The representative we had was new and didnt know what to do so went and got another lady who said in a very condescending way well thats not how it works why didnt you say something downstairs? Like we were waisting her time no is no and she had a hard time hearing it. We were being polite by letting them do their presentation. I could have made a big deal and gotten my money back from the nasty hotel they put ** in that was not swept had the ceiling falling down on my sons bed and smelled horrible of mold! My husband had to ask to move rooms and the room was still a nasty disaster. Because I wanted to keep the peace I didnt complain I just said no we also get paid vacation by his employer when we let them know again its not for ** she decided to talk his employer down. Ive never encountered such an ugly sale person. I told her I didnt like being accused and I didnt like her tone they sent a man that degraded my husband and his job as well saying what will happen when construction is no longer available? The market is down! Better get a vacation package! What will you leave your son? What? They sent another lady over to tell us our son was so well behaved and yes he is and he is 11. He also recognized the unsettling way the saleswoman was talking to our family after we said no and he also didnt like being the center of attention to get back on their good side either very tricky people even an 11 year old could read into their pushy yucky ways we are not unreasonable people and dont want to teach our son to be disrespectful. They on the other hand were a great teaching experience on boundaries!Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

1 starTerrible company DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR ****!! My husband and I went to their presentation/sales pitch and had a terrible interaction! The sales team actually lied straight to our faces!! Bluegreen made us a reservation in St Augustine Florida at a motel, we checked in the night before our scheduled presentation that was at 9am the following morning. The hotel was disgusting filthy dirty, it smelled like mold and mildew, the carpet was stained and dirty, the walls were nasty! I can’t say a single thing good about the hotel, when we arrived to the golf club where the presentation was the following morning we let the team know that we had a horrible experience at this hotel and wanted to switch hotels, the sales man Mark, that was assigned to us said they knew the hotel was bad they have continued to get complaints and they were not going to renew the contract, he said he’d take care of the switch for us! We sat thru the presentation what ended up being almost 5 hours! Mark was very pushy and even tried to guilt us into buying their timeshare product, we continued to tell him that it was not a good fit for us, at that point that refused to help us with the hotel switch, they kept saying they were working on it until they found out we were serious when we said no, they then escorted us down stairs to give us a customer service phone number to call that was a wrong phone number!! They had not been working on any kind of a switch to a new hotel! Peter at the front desk was incredibly rude to us, he was a grown man legit rolling his eyes at us because we were demanding that they help us with the terrible hotel situation for something we’d already paid for but they simply would not help us at all!! I can’t say a single thing good about this company!! They have no morals and are very easy to lie to you with out hesitation! Do NOT BELIEVE THEM!! It’s a terrible idea to get involved with this company!!!Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

1 starMy husband and l were subject to nefarious sales tactics keeping ** for hours.What we got was more in debt and unable to sell a worthless timeshare.We were spending 20k a year 10k in interest,for what?We gave them 60k and could not even sell for 5k that is worthless.I have tried to release the owned timeshare to no avail.We have spent 100k and what have we got!One vacation!How much more money do l loose?Enough is enough.I cant afford to paid more money for nothing.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

1 starI sent a letter to this company in march and have still not heard from them. No call,letter, nothing. You know what they sold me a lie but it is just a fallacy. 1 starWe purchased this vacation package in June 2022, for $299.00. Between December of 2022 and April of 2023, we experienced multiple hospital visits and a death in the family. The end result of this chaos is equivalent to over $100,000 in medical bills. I called their customer service to ask for a refund for this vacation package because we will never be able to use it now, and we need every penny we can scrape together, for medical bills. The only solution they provided was to extend the time we had to use it. We have neither the time nor the resources for this option. I explained that we are on the brink of being homeless because of these medical bills and we need every penny we can get. I explained that even if they extended the time for another 10 years, we still would not be able to use this package. We do not have the physical or financial ability to do so. I even offered to send them copies of the medical bills to prove that I'm being truthful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they have supervisors, but they don't talk to customers on the phone. I tried to reason with them as much as I possibly could, but they aren't willing to budge, even with extreme unforeseen circumstances. We didn't just change our mind about taking a vacation; it just became an impossibility. Just want a simple refund of my $299.00.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

1 starThis is the worst company ever to do business with. I transferred points to RCI and had to pay $260 for the trip that ended up being cancelled because they closed the resort during Covid. I never received a refund even though it was their doing. I went thru a flood where we ************* and were displaced for 3 months they did not care just wanted there money. They had no heart they wanted their money thats all they wanted. They blew up my phone till they got it. They also split my one contract into 3 smaller contracts so they can charge me late charges on maintenance fees at $25 an account times three thats ridiculous. Not to mention being lied to stating our cost/fees wont ever go up. If I had to do over again I would run the other way. ??Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

1 starI have been a owner since 1999 and have enjoy my timeshare in the past. On May 5, 2023, I did not appreciate how I was treated by one of your Rep. in the owner service dept. I called them to see if they would help me with a reservation I made. In the past they have been very helpful to me. I was talked to very rude and the Rep only wanted to tell me what I couldn't do and never telling me what I could do. I am going to consider selling my timeshare at this point. My name is ******* *. I was only trying to make a hotel reservation with ************* and got sent to BlueGreen Vacation Rentals and some guy there tried to sell me a Timeshare which I did not want. He charged my debit card $199 and im still trying to get my $199 back and its been 9 days. They said just keep waiting .yea right I was scammedBluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

5 starsI have been a member for over 25 years. Have attended many meetings. I know how to say no. Attended one May 2, 2023 and I said ni , I am not interested. I have enjoyed all of my trips. Just do not use it enough for the we pay each year. I agree with a lot of people about the sales people, but you can always say no.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.
