I want to let people know this company constantly harassed you if you decide to not renew. I signed up for the traveler prime in 2019. I had retired and planned to travel. Of course, covid changed those plans. Once things opened up and I was able to travel, I booked a trip through the company. The hotel savings was minimal but I was ok with that until I arrived at some of the hotels. They were not very nice hotels. I decided that I could save as much or more using Marriott and other hotel points/deals. I knew my contract/membership was up in April 2023 and decided to cancel. Since January 2023, I have received close to 50 calls from the company. I have told every person that I have talked to that I am not renewing. I told them to take my name off their call list at least 20 times. I even told them a couple days ago that I am reporting them to BBB if I got another call. So, when I went to the BBB site, they suggested doing this. I would not recommend the business to anyone! Oh, the one star is simply because I can't post the review without leaving one. However, I don't feel they don't even deserve one star!Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

I reached out to Bluegreen regarding cancellation options and was told that they would cancel my ownership for a fee of over $5,000. I feel that some of the Bluegreen sales representatives are taking advantage of their customers and engaging in unfair business practices. I strongly believe that the company should provide more transparent information to potential buyers about the costs and obligations of timeshare ownership. Additionally, I believe that they should provide reasonable cancellation options that do not require exorbitant fees. ********************************Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

**** ALERT!!!!I was *******!!! They presented the "package" as a discounted vacation package at Cabelas. I went to confirm my dates just now and was told I don't qualify for the package and I would not be receiving any refund. They ******* me and stole my money. I see they had a class action lawsuit against them in 2018. I want to get my hard earned money back. ***** from customer experience was all too happy to tell me how they are going to be keeping my hard earned money while my children and I can basically eat **** and die.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

This place is a scam! I paid for a 4 night stay but will not be able to make it due to work so i called to cancel my package. I was informed that i will not be given a refund for a place i did not stay at. Your 30 day refund policy is trash when yall want people to schedule these vacations months in advance! I believe yall should revisit your refund policy especially for people who can not make it to these destinations.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

We booked a stay for a bluegreen vacations package with a timeshare meeting. Through several different interactions trying to get the booking information I finally received the news that not only was i not able to stay in the location i desired, but i was not able to stay in the hotel i booked. My wife and our 2 kids decided to make the best of it anyways. Unfortunately, the day we left for the trip my 7 month old got sick and his symptoms worsened the next day which meant the vacation was over before it started. I went to the timeshare meeting, however my wife did not attend as our 10 month old had gotten sick a couple days before. When i showed up they said that I was not allowed to attend as I did not have my wife with me, but after explaining that they had gone to the urgent care the staff said that I could keep the hotel voucher, but still could not attend. The vacation ended as you would think with sick baby, but at least I didn't get the extra charge for canceling the trip. Actually no, 2 months after finishing my trip I get the bill for my "vacation". So after getting lied to about my location as well as downgraded to a 1 star hotel, I was lied to and charged extra money. This business is legitimate because it tries to make money off of you in legal deceptive ways. I am more ashamed of myself for falling into the trap.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

I went to a timeshare presentation for the cheaper Las Vegas hotel stay and for the “free” promised gifts afterwards. The timeshare itself and the person who tried to sign me up seemed like nice people overall. Unfortunately, they put on a bit too much pressure and tried to gilt me into signing up for a timeshare! Soured my experience after leaving. Fast forward to the “free” vacations; the Go CRV they sent me too took months to process my certificate and were impossible to call to reserve anything once I tried. After months of getting a hold of them, the “free” cruise was basically discounted a few hundred bucks. Don’t bother with the ****!Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

I have been an owner for 13 years and love our BG! It has truly forced us to take the time to plan out our vacations and visit states we may not have gone to! I have had only one bad experience and in retrospect, in 13 years, this is not a bad ratio. I did call customer service and they were responsive. Weve been owners for 15 years and have always experienced exceptional customer service at ******************** as well as phone. Accommodations have been exceptional as well and if we did have an issue, it was corrected immediately. I can recall 2 minor issues in our time as members.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

Bluegreen made promises of going on ****** Cruises and going to theme parks using the points we purchased from them. We were so excited about this perk and one of the main reasons we purchased. Later, we had found that this was a lie. They also told us we could generate rental income. Prior to doing that I booked a reservation for one of my kids and they wouldnt check them in because they werent owners. So, get thisthey pitch rental income, but in order for me to rent it out, I have to be there at check in to show my ID so my renters are able to check in. Do they expect me to fly around the country every year to check in a renterits so ridiculous that it is par for the course at Bluegreen. This along with many other misrepresentations, was the reason why we purchased in the first place. We were pressured to purchase with all of these lies and ended up being stuck with this timeshare that has cost me $7,000 and I still have a remaining loan balance of $11,900. For what, lies? They did not even disclose the things that they were legally supposed to, like the legal cooling off period or the trust in lending statements. It is ridiculous that this company expects me to go along with paying them monthly when my rights have been violated and they have disrespected me as an owner.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

I hope my Review of horrible Bluegreen Resorts helps some people not get suckered into their timeshare like we and so many people have. Please read their reviews, and dont take them lightly. We were approached while at a Bass Pro Shop (yes, these leeches are EVERYWHERE!) and were offered a Free Vacation to attend a 90-minute presentation. Well, that 90-minute presentation lasted 34 hours!! We were pressured into buying after declining offers more than 4x and had 4 Salesmen rotating in and out of the room. We were told their product was a deeded real estate interest that appreciated in value over timeNOT TRUE! We were told Bluegreen had a resort in ****, NOT TURE! RUN VEERRY FAR AWAY!
