    This company is a total ripoff. They charge you the "enrollment " fee before you even fill out the enrollment paperwork and SIGN IT. And they charge the first monthly fee before you even fill out any paperwork or sign anything. I received the paperwork and began reading it and decided that it was not for me. So I never signed or sent in any paperwork. Even though they did not have my signature on the enrollment/ additional paperwork in writing, they require the cancellation to be in writing. I "cancelled" within 6 days of first talking to them. I only followed their "cancellation" procedure because that was the only way I could be sure I was done with them. But $60 plus $59.95 had already been charged to my credit card. I disputed it but lost in the dispute. So I was charged $119.95 by this company and they did not do anything but talk to me on the phone. Everything they claim to do can be done by anyone, including yourself. Do not be fooled into thinking you have to sign to be committed.

    Great company. They really go all out to help people get the medication they need. They walk you along the process step by step and when you call They have direct answers. They helped me so much. Would definitely recommend them.

    The Rx staff has been patient and very helpful. The doctor's staff has been uncooperative and has prevented me from being able to get the prescribed medication for weeks, as well as have made it difficult for Rx to do their part. at their usual reliable pace.

    My experience started off rocky due to me not being able to find the paperwork RX Helper needed!! I did receive calls every few days to see if I had found the paperwork! Everyone I spoke with was very kind. After I sent them my paperwork and my doctor sent his, the ball started rolling fast!! My medicine should be here this evening. I am very pleased with this company.

    ********. I canceled in less than 24 hours. It was not the medicine I needed , they were going to send me a dangerous medicine that can cause DEATH. I paid $60.00 for enrollment $49.95 for a medication that had not been approved by primary doctor and was not the medicine I needed . They read their agreement at 100 words per minute and if you interrupt they say DO NOT INTERRUPT I am reading from a script.

    I have been a member of Rx Helper for approximately 2 years. It's been very difficult to obtain my medication for diabetes. I have gone without my meds too many times to count. The whole experience has been extremely tiring & frustrating. Then, recently, I had an associate who went over and above trying to figure the whole mess of what was happening. She reported to me the progress she was making frequently & was very polite to me. And, yes, I did receive the medication without missing a dose.
