    I called the Rx Helper this morning to clear up an issue I'd been having regarding my medication. I was fortunate to speak with a **************** representative named ****. He listened to my concerns, reviewed my account and was able to complete the process required to receive my medication. I highly recommend Rx Helper to people having problems paying for their medications.

    So far, so good. I spoke with Jackie today who was very pleasant, an knowledgeable about the program. She put me at ease and put to rest up some concerns I had. As I'm in the beginning stages (I just signed up yesterday), I can only comment on the customer service so far, which has been excellent.
