    WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! They aren't even a real moving company just brokers that outsource to incompetent rude people, they damage your stuff and have no compensation for it. You have to call multiple times to get an assessment review which they never send. Super uncomfortable that my property was in their hands, they are overpriced, rude and I pray they go out of business so unfair to do this to people.

    We are sorry to hear you had a poor experience with your move. In this industry when dealing with moves under 500 cf. just about every single company is going to broker the job out to a carrier. When reviewing your file it appears that our customer service has been in constant communication with you regarding the delivery and updates leading up to that time. Seems the main issue was that your revision was not done during the quality assurance call but instead on the day of service. At this time, the amount of space on the truck has now been spoken for, material to support the move has been purchased, and the required staff has been dispatched to the location. Please know, broken or damaged items would be an insurance claim. We as your moving broker never touched the items nor are we responsible as your signed contract states. However, we are here to assist with filing a claim if assistance is needed.

    Less than a star. DON'T TRUST THE ESTIMATE. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY 140% MORE. And they will tell you all the charges were valid. Additionally, all the furniture was delivered damaged. No protection was used. Every small fee was hidden in the contract so don't expect any compensation. Nobody receives a phone call after a claim. If once delivered, no matter the condition, they won't care for you.

    This is a bait and switch operation. This company just contracts with local movers and provides no follow up or quality control. There was plenty of communication before the movers arrived. I was appalled by the crews lack of skill. They showed up at 2:00 in the afternoon for a full 3-bedroom home pack out. They complained, demanded more money, added charges, and were careless handling the furniture. They damaged the railing of the front porch and left scratches on the wood floors. They smoked constantly and worked incredibly slowly. I emailed the company with pictures and have nothing in return. The estimate I was given ended up being about one third of the final price. Avoid this company.
