    One Source Vanlines I would recommend using this company just because the men and women in the field packing, shipping and delivering. Job#08056802 Oliver was the initial contact when my elderly mother contracted with them. Oliver even went as far as telling mom if she had any questions she could call any time and he'd answer to the best of his ability. That was prior to September 19th, the pick up day. Mother has tried several times and I once with no correspondence what so ever from Oliver. Then on October 16th we received a call from ***** explaining the delivery would arrive between 10/18/23 & 10/21/23 and the driver would call 24 hrs before and an hour the day of. No delivery 10/23/23 we received the same call from ***** telling us the same thing. Furniture was being loaded and headed to N. Carolina. The sound of WHAT!!! must have startled ***** because then it was going to Las Vegas, Reno and then just Nevada. ***** had no idea as the of the location of the order. I had mom call customer service and they were able to tell her the shipment was on the west coast. The order did arrive in tact and undamaged with just one individual on the 28th day of October. Better late than never. Kudos to the people in the field. ****

This is why we have a full staffed customer service team to assist with customer after they have booked their move. They are the ones who actually communicate with the carrier and have to information you would be looking for. Sounds like ***************** have been looking at the wrong file accidentally. We do appreciate the honest feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve as a company.     We set up moving with this company then had to cancel, I have been trying to get my $1026.97 back now for 1 month. The person I was told I have to deal with never returns my calls or messages I have given to customer service. I am so mad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They scam you.
