Do not use this company! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and then you'll get hit with fee after fee. This is a call center, but they will tell you they are a private business. I over paid by almost *****. **** on pick up because he under estimated cubic feet, even though the broker saw my entire unit via face time and then 850 for delivery because they put my stuff on Semi. Stuff was broken and my big tv is on the floor because they couldn't find the base they packed. The guy offered to come back when it was found and if course is now ignoring my messages. ******* we are not sure why we received this review. When reviewing your file it shows a note on the 15th that everything was delivered and everything went fine. We are not sure why you feel we are a call center and not sure where that is coming from. One Source van Lines is licensed, bonded and insured to facilitate the transportation of household goods. We understand that the delivery window was not as soon as you would have liked and the living situation was uncomfortable while waiting. This would have been the case as to transit time with whichever company you chose. When the paperwork was signed you guys checked off economy instead of expedited and this was the normal transit time for the route.

Scam company.This company misrepresents themselves as local moving companies on ****** with hundreds of fake 5-star reviews and sells you on an artificially low moving price. Once the contracted mover shows up, they often double or triple the price of the move. They require a large upfront deposit ($1,139.00 in my case). They dont identify themselves as a broker and will blatantly lie and tell you its our moving company, my team, im the lead, etc. After signing with them and paying the deposit, id read some reviews and realized what I was getting myself into, so I called back about 25 minutes later to cancel the contract. Despite no services being rendered and only a 25 minute time lapse between signing and cancelling, they are trying to keep my deposit. Very scummy scam company. Dont use them.One Source Van Lines LLC

We participate in landing pages online that will link customers up with us based on the dates and route. Our deposits are standard for the moving industry ranging from 20-30% of the total move cost.
Our agreement clearly states multiple times that we are a moving broker. However, we have a network of carrier that we use frequently that are vetted appropriately. At no time would we use a loading board or send out a random moving carrier as some brokers would. Most of our customer reserve moves ***** days in advance and our moves go extremely well. This is why we have an upstanding reputation online.
Our agreement clearly states in the cancellation section, reserving a move within 7 days of the 1st available pickup date would be non-refundable as we have to dispatch the job immediately to ensure pickup takes place on time. We are not sure why someone would book a move to be picked up in a couple days, put down over 1k in deposit, only to turn around and cancel it after we have made emergency calls to dispatch to move to our carrier.
We are an honest and forthcoming company, we strive to meet all requirements for customer in a tight squeeze. However, we have policies in place for a reason and the one in question would be the same for any moving company the customer booked with.

I was given a concrete price by this van line and I signed a contract. They knew what and how much I had. I gave them lists and pictures.Now, days before the move they want to charge me more because they say the truck I have coming is too ************* my things.Im retired and on a fixed budget. I cant afford more!!!Once I signed the contract, I couldnt get anyone to call or text me back, until today, three days before.Im sick to my stomach.***Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!One Source Van Lines LLC

Hello,
prior to every move we place a call allowing customer to add or remove items to the inventory. In the case the customer had additional items to be moved. This does influence the cost to increase. In this situation the customer could not afford the revision. We offered for them to stick to the original size move and the cost would remain the same. The said they would like to cancel the move. This was treated as a late cancellation outside of the 72 hours window from the time of booking.
We have notified the customer the move would be placed on hold and honored for 12 months on another move.

We are sorry to see this type of review. We did our best to accommodate the customer for this move. Seems they unfortunately double booked movers and wanted to use the other company outside of the cancellation policy.
Customer spoke directly with dispatch manager and as the notes state the conversation went well, we are not sure as to why the short poor review was placed.

We contracted one source to move my father-in-law from ***********, ******** to **************, ********. To make long story short, they consistently did not show or call to let us know changes in the schedule. I left multiple messages for their brokers and their response time was unacceptable. ***** promised me the world when I signed the contract, and they have under delivered! We are sorry to hear the communication/response time was not sufficient during the process. We have a full customer service team, our main number has prompts to follow for just about any situation regarding the moving process. Unfortunately, at certain times of the day wait times can be longer than expected like any busy company. In this case, the customer needed information from the carrier, that being said, we are at their mercy just as much as the customer.
When reviewing the file, it does show quite a bit of calls that were taken. File shows the customer was just picked up yesterday by one of our best crews. We will continue to be here in the event the customer needs assistance.
Please call our customer service team during normal business hours of 9-6 EST. After this time, we do have our after hours service in the event of an emergency.

For every move we provide a 3 day window. This is done to ensure pickup takes place while working in an industry of unforeseen circumstances. In this case the pickup date was pushed, however we were still in the window. **************** was in constant communication as to the changes and updated the customer appropriately.

Easily the worst moving experience I have ever had. They guaranteed us a delivery date which is why we chose them (we were going on a trip shortly after the move and were on a specific timeline). They ended up showing up 4 days later than promised.After picking up our items it was impossible to get in contact with the agent who initally booked us or any of their customer service representatives. When we did get in touch they gave no helpful updates as to where our belongings were or when they would arrive.They kept adding charges after picking up our stuff. Since they had all of our belongings we could not realistically say no.Multiple items came damaged including water damage on our mattress and dents/cracks in our furniture.The insurance is also a scam and doesnt actually pay out.DO NOT use this service. We are sorry to see the customer feels this was a poor experience. As expressed verbally and contractually, we do not guarantee delivery dates. We provide a window just like most movers in the industry. When a customer is moving 500 cf. and shipped out on a truck that hold ****cf there are other moves taking place. Traffic, weather, and unforeseen circumstances are in play. Directly after any customer books, they are sent to the verification too, who specifically goes over this with the customer to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Prior to the pickup, we placed a courtesy call to the customer, allowing them to add or remove items from the inventory to ensure accuracy at pickup. At this time they added roughly 100cf consisting of boxes and few furniture pieces. This is the only reason the cost increased. The customer then signed a new agreement on their own accord. Keep in mind, they could have stayed at the original inventory and the cost would not have changed at all.
After pickup on 6/12, customer started calling in looking for delivery ETA. We were only a couple of days into a **** day spread and did not have the answers they were looking for just yet. Customer continued to call into our after hours team when we were closed. Our after hours are a 3rd party that is available to answer calls in the event of an emergency, they are not able to provide a delivery ETA when we are closed as a business.
If the customer incurred broken/damaged items, we do apologize, however, this is an insurance claim. Reviewing the file, it appears they only went with the base minimum insurance of 10k standard liability. When signing the Bill of lading, customer have the option to purchase additional coverage. In this case it was not, unfortunately.

At no time do we guarantee delivery dates, no movers sets this kind of expectation in the moving industry. We provide an average based on previous routes. However, we are in communication with customer throughout the course of the move if need be.
Customer stated they were unable to reach us. We have had a full staff in the customer service department for the entire moving season. Our 888 number would need to be contacted during normal business hours and the proper prompts need to be followed to reach the proper party.
If the customer incurred damages during the move this would be an insurance claim. If assistance is needed in this matter, please reach out to our customer service team.

They were scheduled the delivery on Monday the 17th, now they are telling me to call back on the 21st for a delivery date. Moving a 172 miles!! I said that was unacceptable, they say totally acceptable. When I asked for a manager, they said no managers available.One Source Van Lines LLC

We are sorry if the delivery as not as prompt as the customer would have liked. This move took place in the heart of moving season and it was imperative that these routes left the warehouse as full loads in order to service everyone's move in a timely manner. Customer was picked up on the 14th but listed their first available delivery date for the 16th. In this case the goods are brought back to the warehouse being that the customer was not ready for a straight shot.
We cannot leave the warehouse with a truck that holds **** cf with only 700cf. This would not have been the case for any long distance moving company. This is simple just how the industry works.
We do apologize for the inconveniences that *** have occurred for the customer. We did have their best interest in mind during the entire process.
